We have stayed here a few times and this hotel is what you expect from a Marriott. The staff is super professional, friendly & helpful and the public areas are nice. The rooms have always been ready on arrival and are clean & comfortable. While the rooms are not dated, they will certainly benefit from a soon-to-come renovation/upgrade. If you...

We were in town for a show at City Winery, unlike the vast majority of the other guests who were taking advantage of the hotel's close proximity to Vanderbilt's football stadium for the UT game. Despite being packed with excited football fans, the hotel was very quiet and our stay was peaceful! The staff was pleasant and our room was...

The location was a perfect Uber ride to downtown. Hotel was clean and the staff very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable! Shuttle provides transportation downtown and immediate vicinity, which was a plus! The wifi policy was a little confusing and I did not realize that the bill would be adjusted at the end of my stay (chalk that up to...

I liked this hotel and enjoyed the facilities, including the gym, and the lounge for those with membership privileges. I, unfortunately, had some bad exchanges with the staff, who were unwilling to correct an electronic sign detailing an event I organized. I found their responses to be poorly thought out and lacking common sense and would not recommend hosting another...

Stayed at the Marriott West End in Nashville, TN on September 3, 2016. This 4-star hotel is located in the Vanderbilt University area across from Centennial Park. There was some sort of cheerleader’s competition going on and the hotel was full of exuberant cheerleaders. The king room we were assigned was on a floor with lots of very loud cheerleading...

Very Clean room. Lizzy at the front desk was awesome and was really fun a check in. She made sure I was taken care even after I had to wait a couple hours for the room which was my fault because I was early. The self parking is way to high at $32.00 which is a total rip off. Other...

Tried to watch Fox News found it to be blocked. Staff said problems with direct tv. I can't find anything about direct tv being the problem. I will struggle staying again at a hotel chain that restrain News choices to public

We spent our anniversary at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt university. The staff greeted us by name and welcomed us each time we returned. They sent a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries for our Anniversary. We have stayed at many Marriotts over the years. This wasn't the most glamorous however it was the best service. Tha location...
