When attempting to book online, I noticed that the M-Star does NOT have a secure web page (https:) for accepting cre3dit card payment, an obvious standard practice. I called, and was asked to call back in two and a half hours. Clearly, this hotel is not interested in doing business. Had to give one star as there is no provision... More

Was looking for a motel close to the airport for only one night. This was definitely a one night stay and won't be back. The beds were OK but you needed a ladder to get in them. The bathroom was deplorable and didn't even have any soap in it.

If you want a, near the airport, overnight, this is a good place. Not meant for long stays or families. Planes fly low and right over the hotel, police sirens going all night. It was relatively clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom could use some work, but for a quick overnight it's great. Don't know how breakfast was because I had... More

We were put in a handicap room which was not that great. There was no vanity in the bathroom, no dresser for clothes and very little space for hanging clothes. Everything else was fine. Internet was fast and maid service great!

We were going only stay one night. Although we ended up staying 5 days because it was a great hotel. The location was close enough to Nashville for us. We didn't go honky tonkin. We went out during the day and came back in the evening. There were No Bugs !! The man manager was very cordial and very sweet.... More

We wanted a cheap stay for a group for just one night for a concert. The room was clean enough, no bugs that I saw. But the manager was a problem. When we checked in only 2 of our 3 rooms were ready. Well we all went into 1 room to get ready together. While getting dressed the other room... More

We stayed the night because spending a quick trip in Nashville for fun. Looked for something affordable and came across this. Overall the lower end of a two star hotel. The shower/bathroom was not very well kept. No tile flooor, only stocked with one towel. The walls need a fresh paint etc. Needs some maintenance. I would not stay here... More

We stayed 13 hours and were not welcome from booking to check out. When we arrived we had to check in through what looked like a bullet proof window. The young girl inside was not very friendly although efficient enough I guess. The room had burnt carpet, an iron had been dropped on it which I noticed in a previous... More

Front desk person was not nice or friendly. The rooms were very out dated but were mostly clean. They did have free wifi. The breakfast was not the best. it was very basic. I would look else where first.
