This is the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our entire 10 day trip to TN!! We stayed in 4 various higher end hotels the rest of the trip, but due to an early flight I booked this for the last night, thinking it would probably be our lowest-end hotel, but no! What a joy this little hotel is! It’s only a year old. Wood floors in the rooms are much more sanitary than carpet, and the room set-up is well thought out. Plenty of plugs for electronics, a nice sized bathroom and shower. Great quality bed and bedding. Nice view out the window too! When you walk into your room it smells CLEAN. Shuttle service to the airport and from the rental car return the night before made our departure in the morning so much less stressful. The little restaurant and bar inside the hotel was terrific, Sydney the waitress was adorable and made our drinks and meal into really a fun time. An unexpected jewel of a hotel. If you have an early flight, or even don’t mind driving to see Nashville, I highly recommend it.

Check-in very smooth and staff very accommodating. Lobby was very clean and beautiful. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room on the 4th floor. I requested an upper floor and received the top floor. Reading reviews before we arrived I was a little concerned about the airplane noise, but it was a total non-issue, even being on the top floor. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Maid service was available on request which we did not use, but on our third day they did come in and do a room refresh which was nice to come back to. My only complaint is I wish they would have had some info in the room with a guide on how to use the cool bathroom mirror. I feel like it did more than we used it for. The location of the hotel was so centrally located to everything we wanted to do, including downtown, the zoo, Grand Ole Opry, Belle Meade, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there if I visit Nashville again.

Beautiful hotel, so new you could smell it. Rooms were laid out intelligently, and the little extras (shower head, table and luggage space, bar and restaurant service) were all there to separate it from a normal mid-level airport hotel. We used it for Park and fly, since airport parking is so ridiculously expensive in Nashville for some reason, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great experience!

The hotel was clean and modern with a beautiful room. The airport noise is unbelievably bad, I have stayed at airport hotels before but never in one that had this much airplane noise. The sound exceeded 70 decibels inside the room as airplanes took off right over the hotel. They do not clean your room daily and still did not clean or provide maid service on the day we requested a cleaning. We stayed 6 nights and did receive two cleanings, but they did not remove the trash, so we had to carry out two bags of trash.

This hotel is very sleek, modern and minimalistic. It IS very close to the airport so if airplane noise is an issue, don’t stay there. The staff is very nice, the hotel is extremely clean. I gave it 3 stars because they offer no complimentary water. That’s an issue for me. When I confirmed my reservation, I specifically requested additional wash (face) cloths. I received the normal 2. Netflix app on the tv doesn’t work. I signed in and EVERY show says unable to play right now. I can’t use my Firestick because there’s no outlet near the tv and you cast to the tv. Lastly, the restaurant’s food menu leaves a LOT to be desired. The food itself- I had chicken with mustard gravy, brussel sprouts and what I thought would be mashed potatoes because it said smashed but turned out to be lightly roasted was all bland and flavorless. So yeah, it’s 3 stars for me.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and the most recent time was not the best. The hotel has great potential but there are some quite big issues. In general, I do like this hotel as the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and nicely laid out, the beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. There are lots of towels provided.
Now for the not so good (in my opinion):
The floors in this hotel are FILTHY. My husband walked on the floor for 5 minutes with no shoes on and his feet were black - the floors are clearly not cleaned!
There isn't a safe provided - this is "against hotel policy" according to front desk.
Parking is awful - we arrived at midnight after a long drive and there was not a single spot. In fact, another car was also struggling to find somewhere to park for the night. Parking is inadequate and the hotel managers don't seem to care. We were told to park in an electric car spot but told we would need to move our car early the next morning.
We were on the ground floor near the stairs and we could hear stomping from above - I assume it's because of the wooden floors of someone walking heavily above but it was very irritating.
Overall I do like the location and feeling of this hotel but it has gone downhill. Simple things like the floor being black and filthy are easily fixable and so simple to get right, yet this is overlooked.
We visit Nashville frequently and would like to give this hotel another chance if these important things are looked into.

Noise!!! You are right at the end of the runway for take off! 11pm - 5am is quiet and then forget sleep. They don't clean the rooms or replenish room items even when requested. Location is ok, 15-20 minute drive to Broadway. If we go back we would stay near Broadway. The Honkey-Tonks open at 10am! Live music and great fun. We entered at 12 had lunch and a few drinks then had to drive back to the hotel, abandon the car and get an Uber back...It's wild!

This is my second year staying a night at this airport hotel before an early morning flight from BNA. This time placed in accessible room so the layout wasn’t as cool as last year, but still stellar stay. Coffee maker in room as well as couch. Bar/restaurant opens for dinner and although grilled cheese on menu, couldn’t get it (offered to pay double) because “kid’s only”. Other patrons ordered “to go” by saying had kids in room so we know next time! Friendly staff; extremely convenient to airport.

I cannot overstate how enjoyable our stay was at this hotel. It is a brand new hotel - everything smells new - from the elevator to the hallways to the guestrooms. The room layout is unique and very spacious. Large walk-in shower (with pump dispensers of soap, shampoo, and conditioner), a Keurig, minifridge, large (55"?) TV, and ample chargers for all of your phones and other devices. The location is tucked away in a quiet business park, so it seems to be a very safe and secure area.

It is right in the flight pattern so it is extremely noisy w airplanes. But the main reason was the parking situation. I made my reservation through a 3rd party site that had no mention of parking being provided through a different company. It met the filters of airport shuttle and free parking. So when I checked in at 8:15pm for a 4:20 am shuttle pickup , I was told I would have to make a seperate reservation through One Stop Parking. The front desk clerk was no help you have to make the reservation yourself and then take your info back to the front desk. I chose to use Flight Park which is less than a mile away. I will never stay here again obviously bc of the parking but also the noise level and I’m on the first floor. I can’t imagine what the top floor sounds like.
