What a great room, it was very clean and stylish. We were extremely happy when we opened the door We had a balcony with a view of the river and the Nissan Stadium . The Bathroom was also spacious and very clean . I received an email from the Hotel around 11 am letting me know the Brivio pass was ready . At first it was a little confusing to find the elevator and then access the security feature , but a nice lady who was a guest getting on the elevator showed me the ropes and then it was a breeze. The good thing is that they have a guest fobb key in the room if you don’t want to fiddle with the phone app to access the elevator and access your room.
It’s a great location 2 blocks from Broadway and everything, but far enough from all the craziness. Also in case you are driving in, there is free street parking after 6pm , someone told us we could park and we didn’t have to pay but we didn’t take a chance during 8-6. Parking is expensive $40+ a day so be prepared. And most places won’t give you change, we went to the Wells Fargo and got a roll Of quarters . Fortunately we only paid that lot fee on our 1st day .
We didn’t get to enjoy the Rooftop as much as we would have liked, but the one night we went to check it out it was great . Nice view , nice furniture and they had heaters since it was cold
Really enjoyed the coffee bar House keeping visited twice during our 4 day stay . We ran out of tp and I emailed the manager and received a quick reply and let us know where we could get some since house keeping wouldn’t be by until 11
We will definitely stay here again if we are in Nashville . Really enjoyed our stay at this property

Amazing customer service. The room was very stylish, incredibly well equipped, and the interior room made it very quiet. No street noise. Wonderful location walkable to everything on Broadway. Highly recommended. A true gem in the city.

We stayed here for 4th of July, the hotel was great. Perfect location to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and responded to our questions even after work hours. Check in and getting into the hotel/room was all done through an app which made everything very easy and felt safe. We used the 210 Commerce parking garage right access the street- it was $40/night. We would definitely stay again!

Booked the Icon suite for a friends trip last month that left us all very disappointed in our airbnb rental. Photos and description of the Icon suite all look and sound amazing but once we arrived we were all very disappointed instantly. The listing shows that it can sleep 12 and is perfect for bachelorette and bachelor parties because they have a sound bar and room for everyone to sleep. Out of 12 guest only 4 can have access to get in through the online brivo app on your phone so let's hope you all stay together and your phone doesn't die otherwise you will be sleeping out in front of coyote ugly bar. That was just the first issue. Next was the sound bar that is clearly advertised, jokes on you because yes they have it but they have it locked so you cant use them or adjust tv volume because they said it causes to many issues if this is the case update your description because guests hate to be lied to. Next false description is that they have basic cooking ingredients like oil and butter and pots and pan, false there is none only salt in the place was for the shuffle board, they had no pans to cook pizza or anything on other than 3 pots so you can boil water. The food they did have in there, Pringles, pop, red bull, & drunk munchies like that are stocked full in your fridge and on the counter but make sure you don't touch cause the price is HIGH. Want to wake up and just clean up a bit? Wash the counter? Sweep the floor? To bad you can't because there are no cleaning supplies to be found, but you might be better off going and buying one because they will slap a HEAFTY fee on for cleaning once you leave. I go to Nashville at least once per year if not every 6 months and have stayed at many different places I have never once been this disappointed all around with a rental I would never recommend or stay there again.

We booked online through Studio 154’s website on 12/6/19 for a reservation in September 2020 before anyone had even heard of COVID-19. We contacted them to cancel the reservation on 7/8/20 due to trying to limit non-essential travel. We were told they were enforcing their cancellation policy of charging 1/2 of the amount paid which was the room charged paid in full for all nights booked. We explain to the manager Jamie Walicki through numerous emails that we had booked before anyone knew of COVID-19 and we were canceling over 90 days out. She refused to issue more than 1/2 of what had been paid. My sister also booked in December 2019 through an online 3rd party and was given till 8/28/20 to cancel and receive a full refund, when I emailed management about this they replied 3rd party bookers can offer different refund policies(better) than the hotel themselves. At a time like this one would think there would be more understanding but understanding nor customer service exist at Studio 154 based on my experience.

As the other reviewers have stated, this place is not even open. I made a reservation in November of 2021 and had to pay the full stay in advance ... over $1500.00. I received an email two weeks ago, (three weeks prior to our arrival) stating that the hotel in fact was not operational and I could request a full refund. Good luck with that! I have emailed four times both to reservations@studio154nashville.com and manager@studio154nashville.com and made countless unanswered calls and still to this day, NO RESPONSE. I will now try to go through the process of disputing the charge on my credit card to try to get my money back. I understand the hardship that companies and businesses are going through due to the tragic event that took place but that does not justify the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from this company. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!

We loved the pictures, size, and location of this property, but were hesitant to book because of several bad reviews about them canceling last minute and being closed. They were closed for a year and a half because of the Christmas day bombing in 2020. This business suffered and I am so happy we were able to support them. They re-opened in June 2022. We stayed in the amazing Icon suite and had a phenomenal experience! We had six moms and daughters and were celebrating the girls college graduation. Location is perfect, the room was fantastic, and the rooftop lounge was absolutely amazing! The staff was super responsive to anything that we texted them about before and during our stay. Thank you Studio 154 for helping us make unforgettable memories with our girls!!!

I have never stayed anywhere without a front desk, but check-in was seamless. Even though no staff on sight, someone was always easily reached via text and response time was quick.
From the moment you step off the elevator it smells fancy! Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had suggested a full length mirror in the room, but apparently that is already in the works.
There is a Skydeck (rooftop lounge) that I assumed would be inaccessible to me, as I am in wheelchair, but to my surprise, they recently added an accessible stair lift. In my eyes, this goes above and beyond! Thank you!
The location is minutes from EVERYTHING, yet just off Broadway enough to allow for a break from the crazy Nashville life when required.
We will be back Studio 154!

The location of this hotel is perfect to walk to everything downtown. The inside of the building and room were gorgeous exposed brick.
The beds were a little firm, but the pillows were super soft.
There is a coffee bar near the elevators which was wonderfully stocked.
We got upgraded to the double king waterfront and the views were awesome!
I really liked how easy the Brivio pass was to use to get in and out of the building and room. There was a parking garage right across the street which was super convenient, but is $40 for each 24 hours.
Some adjustments I’d suggest: -It would be nice if the mini bar was stocked with some local items and there wasn’t a lot of variety.
-There weren’t many toiletries to make it “luxury”. They were small and not replaced during our stay. This wasn’t a huge deal as we brought most of our own.
-The rug in our specific room should probably be replaced because it did have quite a few stains on it.

This hotel suffered damage this past summer and a group of us planned a trip this coming fall. The hotel is still not open and can't promise us they will be open in October. They told us to make alternative plans in case they are not open and they refuse to refund our deposit! Terrible customer service and the email correspondence from the Manager is so rude and unprofessional. Be Aware!!
