My husband and I booked two nights at the Bobby hotel for our wedding anniversary. Although we expected Covid to impede a lot of activities for us, we did not expect the hotel to fall short on their raving reviews and mentioned amenities. We stayed in a “Delux” room and while I would say it was relatively clean, we did experience leaking from above the toilet. In addition, we did not find a menu for room service or the hotel’s available amenities such as spa services etc. We ultimately decided to check out early when we found out the roof top pool/ bar area was suddenly closed due to some type of movie recording. This wasn’t mentioned when we checked in and the hotel didn’t disclose this on their website. We did encounter a gentleman named Anthony at the valet services who was helpful and kind. The rest staff was nice. We were disappointed with the overall stay and wouldn’t recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Hotel's Favorite
This boutique Nashville hotel has everything a traveler needs. Restaurants and bars – Tavern at Bobby, Bobby’s Garage Bar, Rooftop Lounge and Café at Bobby with grab-and-go eats. The Rooftop Lounge has a 1956 retrofitted Greyhound bus be sure to sit in the driver's seat and look over the edge! Great view of Nashville downtown and beyond. Doormen and Front Desk were friendly and helpful. The Bobby was decorated for Christmas and what a delight. It was breathtaking! The dramatic staircase, fireplace area (comfortable) to the amazing auto-parts chandelier! The location was a perfect safe short walk to Broadway! Printer's Alley in back of hotel must check it out. I really liked that the elevators required room key to get to room floors. If not a quest you can get to the Rooftop Lounge on separate elevator clearly marked. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Comfortable king bed with a mini bar which was handy for snacks and drinks.

srmcniel, Wow! Thank you so much for so thoroughly highlighting the eccentric, one-of-a-kind details that make Bobby such a unique property. I'm thrilled that you were able to experience so much of the property, and would love to see you back again in the future. Cheers! Kate Blevins Office & Brand Manager

My friend and I had a girls day. We arrived around lunch time and went up to the rooftop lounge. The staff was super friendly and the food was good. The massage was EVERYTHING!!! Ms. Jackie, massage therapist, was the best!!! I’ve been exercising a lot and scheduled a deep tissue massage. She worked all the tension out my shoulders and upper back. It was amazing and I felt a thousand times better. I highly recommend getting a massage from Ms. Jackie!!! We didn’t stay at the hotel. Only visited the spa and rooftop lounge.

Hotel is cute but not worth $$ for room. Only one small cafe open for food, no ice buckets in rooms, pool only open from 11am to whenever they choose to close ( Saturday night no access after 8:30 pm REALLY????)and that is also for the "rooftop bar", they are supposedly famous for. I get COVID restrictions but not sure why they change from day to day..

We stayed at the Bobby this past weekend, our first time in Nashville. The staff is super accommodating and very friendly. The valets were also super friendly and gave us suggestions on where to eat! For my fiances birthday they gave us a bottle of champagne which was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and brand new however.... there are windows that you can see right into the bathroom. We were placed in a room without a curtain at first and once I told the staff we were uncomfortable they switched us to a room with a curtain the next day I spoke to another couple in the elevator who also said it was really uncomfortable they could see their significant other on the toilet. A very strange design to me.. I would advise to put curtains in every single room that has windows to the bathroom. Other than this issue, it was a great stay and we would stay here again.. except request a curtain in the room next time!
