My room was fresh and clean as was the fitness center and all the common areas I sent time in. I was traveling through Nashville for the day and was nervous to travel during this time (covid) and was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and everyone wore masks. My only regret was that I was only there for one night. I will be definitely coming back to stay!
Noelle Nashville is a pet friendly paradise. They welcome Maggie May with open arms, and she often gets her own Queen size bed. Kim and I now choose hotels based on Pet-Friendly or not. Noelle Nashville has become Maggie May's home away from home!
My friend and I were staying at MidTown, however, we heard that there was a speakeasy at this hotel. I asked the valet parking guy and we did not know what we were talking about but he sent us to the rooftop which was a pretty nice place to have a drink but I honestly think that it's overpriced. The speakeasy was closed so we couldn't enjoy that.
I understand that the hotel trend is minimalist and small rooms but a little more space would have been appreciated since this one was priced on the higher end compared to the competition. The lobby and original architecture of the interior of the building was impressive and the service was excellent. Rooftop bar is a must for a drink at night.
What can be said about a nearly perfect experience? My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here and I must be emphatic here and say that we were astounded at our experience; from first to last, this hotel treated us like royalty. Upon booking the hotel, I called them to ensure they knew it was my wife and I's anniversary and in response, they were very clear that they would take good care of us. Upon arrival the lobby haunts you with the scent of sheer amber, sandalwood, and a sweet musk that teleports you back into a time of well dressed gentlemen in the 1920's. To your right you've got a craft coffee bar supplied by a local Nashville coffee shop, and to the left you've got a boutique store that is impeccable. My wife and I purchased a candle and matches from the store and the kind young lady that runs the store provides service not to be rivaled. The store is fit to taylor Nashville-esque vibes, without compromising the vibe of the hotel. I cannot say enough great things about this boutique and the amazing keepsake items that are for sale in it. Purchasing something should be a must - and supporting local business by purchasing a handcrafted good from the store is a great way to show your appreciation. Upon checking in, they went over the *extensive* sanitation measures they are taking to ensure our safety during this pandemic, and with my wife being a nurse working in the midst of all of this, she was extremely grateful and impressed by the precautionary measures they were taking. Upon arriving to our room, we were blown away. They had upgraded our room free of charge, and left us with an impeccable bottle of Champaign to enjoy with our dinner. Due to the current circumstances, the restaurants in the hotel were closed, but this did not stop the quality of their service. They informed us we could have Uber Eats delivered to the front desk and they would safely deliver it up to our room for us and they did just this. Presented on a tray, they also took the liberty of bringing up nice plates and cutlery to enjoy our meal on. The rest of our evening was impeccable in every way due to the comfort and quality of our room. Waking up the following morning, they had fresh brewed local coffee downstairs with house made pastries free of charge. Overall - this experience was perfect. I cannot wait to stay here again and if you desire to have an experience that will leave you stunned and feeling genuinely refreshed, stay at the Noelle hotel in Nashville - you will not regret a single cent spent.…
