Visited the rooftop bar and Christmas pop up bar on lower level. Had amazing service and drinks in both locations. Had a great time talking to bartenders and the manager Jenn at rooftop bar she kept fireplace cozy and bragged on her staff and how they create all the cocktails. Will definitely be back !!!

I very rarely write reviews, but Noelle is the best hotel I've ever stayed at over a span of many years of extensive travel. Staff always makes the first impression at any hotel and Noelle is noteworthy in a number of ways in this regard. Beginning with the valet, staff was ready and waiting when we checked in and each time we left and returned. Next, we were escorted into the lobby and to the front desk where a young lady named Allison was working. Allison was friendly, professional, welcoming, and expedient. After the quick check-in, we were offered champagne which was the beginning of a relaxing first night. The hotel aesthetics are exceptional and very unique. A standout is the incredible hidden bar. Again, the staff is top-notch. Brian is perhaps the best bartender in any bar anywhere. I needed a relaxing, pick-me up and Brian's espresso martini is amazing! Our bags were waiting in our room which was beyond impressive. There is every convenience a room could have, including blackout shades and bedside controls for literally everything. However, the bed is unquestionably the star. It is beyond comfortable and provided the best night's sleep in recent memory. To say I highly recommend the Noelle is an understatement. This place is great and they take care you. They have a rooftop bar with outdoor heaters and and an indoor bar. Everyone was very attentive, the drinks were amazing and I never felt like some random hotel guest. I can’t wait to go back.

Loved our stay!! We were in town for a few days and the valet manager, Jamison, was very helpful with local recommendations. We hope to visit again soon. Nashville has lots to keep you busy downtown.

I recently stayed at The Noelle for my quarterly goal setting meetings and could not have loved it more. The hotel is centrally located to Broadway for fun and food and I was a great place for meetings. I can't wait to go back next quarter.

We had the absolute best experience at Noelle! The hotel was less than a 3 minute walk to a concert at Ryman and the happenings on Broadway. Highly recommend grabbing a drink on the rooftop or in the Hidden Bar. We dined at the restaurant and it was one of the best dining experiences in Nashville - recommend the Blue Crab Arancini!

Shiv Parsad, the front desk person gave me excellent service. Very friendly. He was super welcoming and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. I recently stayed at Noelle and I found a very attention to detail gentleman Shiv, He took care of my check in and also gave me drink vouchers. restaurant was also fun. Hotel’s location was also on point and everything was walkable. Shiv remembered me on my entire stay . You should clone Shiv at the Front desk.
