We have stayed at so many hotels around Nashville, I got a really good deal and decided to stay at this hotel , it is just ok at the most. Lobby is very pretty and modern, got to our room, heater was making a very loud clacking noise when we walked in and then the fire alarm started chirping, we... More

Booked through TripAdvisor. VERY happy with the choice. Superior room. Great staff. Breakfast buffet above average. Good access to Nashville . Was disappointed when they did not have the buffet for the second day of the stay. Will definitely stay at the Preston again.

For someone who rarely travels, and never alone, Hotel Preston made my stay very comforting. The staff was so friendly and the food for dinner and breakfast was perfect. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Stay was good. The hotel is very quirky. Rooms were good. I had the King suite. The bedroom and the living room had different room number and wasn't told so I figured out on my own by trying the key on both eventually. Pull out bed mattress could be better. Springs not very comfy. King bed was really nice. Elevator... More

This hotel is great for the price- large rooms, clean, comfy beds. The restaurant in the hotel is a little bit overpriced but it's convenient after a long flight and the food was tasty. The best bit for me was the free shuttle between the hotel and airport. So convenient, and nice not to have to worry about finding a... More

Attempted to stay here with 2 coworkers. We were put on various floors. All of us had issues with our rooms. Mine was dark and had a broken lamp. I asked to be moved because I had work to complete and could not see enough in the room. The next two rooms they put me in were dirty, with thin... More

Property was great. Room was great with the exception of dirty washcloths left on bathroom floor and front desk staff wasn't inviting upon check in. I felt as if I was an inconvenience. Value for this stay was exceptional.

This place has potential, but the rooms are run down and I had to reclean the bathroom myself. I was awoken at God knows what time by a dog barking very loudly the next room over. This went on throughout the night. I've never had this happen at a hotel in my life. When I checked out (moments ago) the... More

I have recommended the Hotel Preston to my friends. I quite impress with the atmosphere and location. I came in town to visit a relative attending school, the hotel was in a convenient location and quite comfortable.
