The room was clean & an average size room. A mix up with keys after a couple days as someone was given a key to our room but the staff straightened it out. An honest mistake. Nothing special or wrong about the hotel, just average.
We were booked to stay at this hotel on March 3rd. On March the 2nd there was a bad tornado which hit the city of Nashville and over 20 people were killed and parts of the city had no electricity or cell phone coverage. We were visitors in the USA from the UK and were due to stay at this hotel . We were advised in Maemphis not to travel to Nashville as there was severe disruption in the city. I attempted to telephone the hotel but got no signal. Were they affected by the tornado? Perhaps. I sent two emails through the booking.com site and got no reply. I also requested late cancellation through the booking.com site. We then drove to Chattanooga as our stop after Nashville was to be Knoxville Tennessee and all reports recommended us to avoid Nashville. Imagine my surprise to find that i had been charged for the night’s accommodation. The hotel has refused to recompense me through the booking.com site which has also failed to get my money back. This is grossly dishonest behaviour.…
A friend asked me to meet him at this hotel to pick him up after he checked in. I wasn't there for more than three minutes before the hotel clerk started interrogating me as to why I was there, my friend's identity, etc. I was asked to leave. I will never stay at this hotel again. A five minute wait in the lobby is apparently unacceptable behavior for this hotel manager.
A very clean room with a large comfortable bed, an easy breakfast of cereal eggs and biscuits & gravy that fills you up, friendly staff. Easy access to the airport and Nashville. Overall a great place.
I put it 5 stars so it’ll be seen right away! DO NOT STAY HERE THIS NASTY ASS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS! The staff is rude as Hell called us LIARS and they REMADE our bed from the previous stay!! BEWARE!!!!!
