I’m really between 3-4 stars. The location can’t be beat, but that is also the problem. I blame myself for not asking for a quiet room (if one exists in the hotel). I checked in via the app and picked a room (701) I thought would be quiet. Ends up the room is across the street from the Bridgestone area and Broadway. Music from all the bars and noise from arena, plus car, etc floated into the room. Even ear plugs and a noise machine could not drown out the noise. Other rooms face the interior of the hotel. Having stayed in interior rooms before, I know how noisy those can be. If noise doesn’t bother you, this was a good hotel. Room was comfortable, lovely piano music at night. Cafe had good food.

Hotel's Favorite
The staff at the Nashville Hilton was exceptional. Our check-in person remembered us our whole stay. The housekeeping team was very friendly and very good at taking care of the room (daily!) The breakfast service was exceptional. The greeters out front always had a smile and friendly greeting. We encountered one person in a suit walking by us and he stopped and asked if there was anything he could help us with. So I’m assuming the great service is the culture at this hotel. The location, spacious suites and amenities were all outstanding. Highly recommend.

We were there 5 nights and everything was wonderful. The nicest, most helpful staff in every way; in every area. Location was perfect for the meetings attended and tourist spots we wanted to visit. Would definitely choose this spot again.

Our stay was short, just one night, wish it could have been longer. The entire staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Our room room very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and Browdway street for bars and endless live music 🎶 Our valets, Alex and Zach, took great care of parking our 20 foot motorhome carefully and conveniently. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very nice in the best location you could ask for. The front desk was so helpful and polite checking in and out. Alex and Jason in valet were so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel but they had excellent reviews. The Italian restaurant is on my list for next time

This hotel has the perfect location for enjoying downtown Nashville. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and professional. The Symphony lounge bar and Starbucks coffee are right in the lobby. We had a great time as tourists in Nashville.

This review is geared towards your security staff. My daughter was there for a bachelorette party and got separated from her group. Although she was not a guest, she was treated like she was. Security Officer (Kenneth) overnight spoke with my daughter and ensured that was able to get back to her Air BNB that she was staying at.

On our way to Florida from Michigan always stop at TheHilton in Nashville so nice staff is excellent top notch our valet guys Alex Jason Harrison were all so curious and helpful with directions and taking care of all my luggage always overpack enjoyed all the entertainment and the super bowl be back to the Hilton again this fall!!

I parked my car at the Hilton to attend a Predators game. The valets Brent, Jamison, Yusuf, and Connor were super professional and gave great service. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. I will definitely park here again.
