The Hilton Nashville Downtown hotel is the only AAA 4-Diamond, full-service, all-suite luxury hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Named "America's Friendliest City" by Travel & Leisure magazine, Nashville truly has it all: rich music history, vibrant nightlife and legendary culture.
Experience the Hilton Nashville Downtown hotel, located in the heart of Nashville, featuring luxurious accommodations and amenities in a convenient setting. We're across the street from the Music City Center and next to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Bridgestone Arena, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Our hotel is just one block from the historic Ryman Auditorium, former home of the Grand Ole Opry and minutes from famed Music Row.
We're just a short walk to the Entertainment District and legendary Second Avenue with a variety of honky-tonks, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
The location of this hotel is what made me decide to book it. It's perfect for walking to most attractions and bars. We stayed here for a special 60th birthday and the hotel upgraded us to a high floor corner suite with a great view of Broadway. Plus a cold bottle of champagne waiting for us! Thank you Robin! All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the downtown area.
A great place to stay if you want to spend time in downtown Nashville. Valet is $45 and rooms are more than average, but no need to drive. It is really close - walk out front door, turn right up the hill and then right again to Broadway. Walk downtown in the morning as there were at least three live bands at 10 am on Sunday.
This hotel is in a perfect location. It’s close to most major attractions, it’s also walking distance to most. There are plenty of restaurant options , it’s right in the heart of downtown. While many hotels may be close, the Hilton stands out because of the outstanding service by all members of the Hilton team. Leila is one of the first people we met and it was a delight to meet her and stop and say hi. Every person we encountered went out of their way to assist or just offer a friendly smile each day. When I return to Nashville, this is where I’ll continue to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean , the beds were comfortable, overlooking Broadway was a blast. Thank you all for a wonderful visit.
Horrible experience all around, I highly recommend seeking out one of the Hyatt properties in the city. In addition to deploying the same "fully committed today" lie that you will receive from any Hilton anywhere if you have the audacity to request a Diamond late checkout, their two working elevators were extremely slow (you will spend a significant chunk of your trip waiting for elevators) and the kicker is that they accept conferences that are far too large for their conference rooms and then simply *pack the lobby full with tables for the conference*. You'll be dodging a gauntlet of conference tables just to get your bags through the lobby to the (slow) elevators. Lounge has no breakfast after 10am, including on weekends (in Nashville!) and no wine/beer hour on weekends (and you have to pay for the drinks on the days they are offered). Again, there are some truly great Hyatt properties in the area, I recommend choosing one of those. …
This place is in a great area. Everything was in walking distance. Great atmosphere. A very fun place to stay and enjoy yourself. If you are looking for a great experience this is the place to stay. There is lots of food trucks and things for a quick snack after a long night.
Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar / lounge was great in the evening to relax and unwind. Close to everything and view was great. Did not park or use pool so can not offer feedback on that. Will stay again for sure!
This hotel is in the best location for Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and the Country Music Hall of Fame. No vehicle needed, everything within walking distance. Multiple restaurants and shopping nearby. View of Broadway avail from some of the rooms which we had. Hotel is beautiful and staff very friendly. Highly recommend!
Where to begin, My husband and uncle were driving down to Nashville from NY to pick up my husbands motorcycle from Moonshine Harley. I had researched and called hotels to see who could accommodate to park a motorcycle trailer and was assured by the Hilton it would not be an issue. They left NY at 2am on a Saturday they had to make a quick stop in DC. They drove straight through and arrived at the Hilton Nashville at 7pm. When they arrived they were told they could not park the trailer as the lot closed at 6pm and valet could not help them. So they got back on the road and drove 40 minutes to Moonshine Harley where they allowed them to leave the trailer. They got back to The Hilton and checked in around 8:30pm to find they had one bed. One bed for 2 grown men. So I sent my husband the snapshot of my reservation of the 2 double bed booking which he took to the front desk. They had an excuse they were booked and couldn’t give them another room so would bring a rollaway bed, an argument ensued and the manager was rude and could care less. Due to the fact they were starving and exhausted they agreed with the promise they would be moved the next day. In the morning they were greeted by a different manager who was more than upset about what had happened the night before. She made everything right. The Hilton promised for them to have a parking spot for the trailer the next day for the remainder of their trip. The Hilton came through on all the promises they made but lost us as a client. My husband bases everything on first impressions and that was not a good one so when we come back to Nashville in May we will be staying at the Omni.…
Stayed here for 4 nights and it was impossible to get someone to answer the phone. We requested housekeeping every day and they never came. Finally I called on my last day and complained profusely so they finally sent housekeeping but they didn't clean the bathroom. We completely ran out of toilet paper! I had to call the front desk for toilet paper and the phone rang for 20 minutes before someone answered. The food is disgusting. Overprice, overcooked. My roommate and I ordered room service and ended up throwing away most of the food because it was inedible. Unfortunately I left something valuable there and I contacted the hotel multiple times to have them send it to me. I left 5 messages including one for the manager. Nobody called me back. Worse hotel experience ever. Would not recommend to my worse enemy.…
The staff I dealt with Tony, Ingrid, or Layla at check-in, were all very helpful and fantastic. If available and you ask, they will give you an upgrade for free! Also the bar waitress, Kara in the lobby was also great and very helpful. The executive club was excellent, the breakfast food was very good. We had a suite which was very comfortable. The hotel location is centrally located, so you can walk to all the sites or events. When I go to Nashville, this is the hotel I will stay at.
