My family and I wanted to take our yearly Christmas shopping trip to Nashville to get out for a while. Being a gold Hilton member I knew we had to stay here for convenience. The staff were wonderful and the valet were great and remember us each time we came in and out. The rooms were wonderful and very clean. Shane and his staff were working above and beyond.

my husband & I spent 5 nights at this beautiful hotel....upon arrival, & during our long stay, we both enjoyed the great friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. the cleanliness of this hotel was amazing....always seeing someone cleaning, & we appreciated that. we felt very safe here, as we know cover is out there... our room was perfect, with the king bed in one room, another like a front room, & then the bathroom....plenty of room for us to be relaxed after our days out exploring this beautiful, fun city. we were here Monday thru Thursday....& absolutely no crowds anywhere.....we did it all.....our experience with "Carlvin/front desk man, we appreciated very much, Carlvin always wished us good morning with a smile.....helpful when we asked questions....what a welcoming/friendly man, perfect to greet your guests.... :) then we enjoyed our breakfast server "Denisa", what a friendly, attentive, she was....anything we wanted, she made sure she could find it.....even my vanilla cream for coffee!!!! :) she gets an AAA+++ every day. she even remembered our breakfast order.....we looked forward to seeing Denesea every morning......thank you Denesea for taking such GREAT care of us for breakfast.....also, a kudos to Enrico/he was our breakfast waiter for 2 day.....even texted Denesea to ask where vanilla cream was....I really appreciated their service.......we enjoyed every breakfast at this hotel... :). and a final thank you to the manager "Richard". we initially met in gift shop, where my husband & I chatted with him behind counter...what a great personality/caring, he has for this huge property.....I can tell "Richard" enjoys what he does.....this hotel has our thank you to all........you made our vacation in Nashville PERFECT!!!! ps The rooms are also the best...my husband could watch tv at nite without waking me.....so clean.....our room overlooked "the country music hall of fame"....what a beautiful view to wake up to each morning......after a perfect nights sleep at this Hilton Nashville Downtown....thank you again all.....a memory well continue to smile .... :) :)

Hotel rooms were nice and perfect for 3 of us. Also had a room in the hotel for snacks, water and soda included in our room which was really nice. Just a walk down the street to the action. I'll stay here again.

I traveled to Nashville for work and stayed at the Hilton downtown property for 10 nights so I got a pretty good feel for this hotel. Overall my stay was great! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I used the valet service every day during the stay and wanted to give a shout out to Zach Taylor for his exemplary service. He was on the ball, friendly, and showed me true southern hospitality. The entire valet team was great but It seemed that Zach was the one working most every day while I was there so I had most interaction with him. I had breakfast at the Market most mornings and Denisa was my server every time except maybe one day. Her service was fast, friendly, and very much appreciated when I was in a rush to get to work each morning. Because I was exhausted every night coming back from work, I ate at the Trattoria II Mulino in the hotel almost every night. The food and service were top notch and I will review the restaurant separately but if you're staying at the hotel, this is a great place to unwind and have a wonderful meal. Louis the bartender was my server most nights as I sat at the bar. His service was beyond amazing! I declined housekeeping during my stay but I did notice the same housekeeping staff most days I was there as well. I could tell all of the people working there were dedicated to their jobs and doing the best they can during this difficult travel time. I was disappointed to see that the housekeeping staff were for the most part not wearing their masks over their face while cleaning rooms, which is why I declined housekeeping service. My only complaint, and it's not really even a complaint but I want to give an honest review, was the cleanliness overall was a little suspect. The elevator smelled of sewer often, which was weird, and I saw the same hand prints on the elevator doors for days, which made me think the elevators were not cleaned daily. During the week I also saw the same garbage bags and used room service items sitting outside of rooms for several days. I'm sure staff was limited due to number of people staying at the hotel but cleanliness during the pandemic should be of upmost importance. The other unfortunate was the front desk response to phone calls. Twice I had to call down to the front desk while outside my room as my room key needed updating for some reason. Both times I was watching the front desk while I was calling them (It is an atrium type set up so you can see the lobby from the hallways) and they were literally ignoring the phone for what seemed like several minutes but probably more like several rings. I had to hang up and call back both times before the phone was answered. I also tried contacting the front desk via phone from my room a couple times and they never answered. On the positive side, the front desk manager responded to my request to a reduced room rate for the 2nd week of my stay and that was very nice and appreciated. The couple unfortunates aside, I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it whether you're there for work or play, the location couldn't be better, especially if you're there to enjoy the downtown scene.

Shout out to Jason and Brandon with the valet service at Hilton. I interacted with these two and they were professional, kind, and courteous. They were also very helpful with information. The hotel is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. I would highly recommend and I will stay here on my next visit to Nashville.
