The room is great. The noise level kinda sucks if people on the hall are loud and staying in Nashville on a Saturday night is guaranteed to have someone loud and drunk. The valet guys were really cool too, Austin was entertaining enough to not make it quite so bad standing in the cold so I appreciate them lol. Only bad things were food and parking. I only ate through the party and there were over a hundred people who attended so I understand the food can't be perfect for every plate but the chicken was really dry and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The only thing I felt was worth eating was the veggie bed the chicken was on and that was just ok. As for parking, the garage and regular parking spots were full pretty quickly and with it being a Christmas party for my company and another business it wasn't enough. Multiple people who tried parking nearby had their vehicles towed because the hotel stopped accepting vehicles but offered no alternative parking. My car was luckily fine but my friend's got towed and no one knew where they were getting taken and ended up costing $330 to get it back. Very poor planning on the hotel's part to allow two companies to have a party the same night if parking was that limited.

We traveled from Georgia for our company’s Christmas celebration. I think we reserved around 70 rooms at the Hutton. LIVE music in the lobby was the highlight for me. Musical artist sang Christmas songs that made gathering in the lobby with co-workers fun and festive. Valet and Bellhops were amazing! Griffin helped get our things out of the truck and took our things to our room. Very polite and charming. Austin retrieved our truck from Valet parking a couple of times and was such the gentleman. Brian came to our room when we were ready to check-out and loaded our things back into our truck. He has a great smile and we had nice conversation while waiting for the truck to drive back to Georgia. Room was nice but a little too small for the king bed. Bed and pillows (4) were comfortable. Thankful they cleaned the room brought fresh clean towels and made the bed. So nice to be PAST COVID19 hotel cleanings restrictions.

The Hutton Hotel surpassed my expectations. The lobby and hotel were warm and inviting. I was also impressed by the front desk staff, especially Stevey & Ryan, who were always helpful & friendly. There is also a music venue on the 2nd floor, where we were able to watch a very entertaining comedy show on Friday night. And there was live music in the lobby daily, which was very enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is well laid out. Overall this is a very comfortable and fun place to stay, and I plan to return on my next trip to Nashville!

We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday 16th November , we booked in and was not any wiser from the information received on check in The room was lovely and spacious but was not serviced on day 1 Charge expensive prices for drinks and serve them in a plastic container , something you would expect at a rock concert and definitely not a supposedly 4 star hotel It doesn’t have a proper lounge bar wand only a small counter in a corner at the lifts Confusion as to whether morning coffees were complimentary but we were charged for them despite checking with reception Be careful ordering taxi’s as the valet ordered a black SUV for us and waited an hour for it , went on a 3.5 mile journey with a dodgy driver and was charged $40 , so all I. Can conclude is that the valet is on commission(backhander) from the black SUV cabs and the tourist gets ripped off . Demanded a yellow cab for our next journey , which was more than twice the journey and we were only charged $37 Music in reception was extremely loud and so much so on one morning that we could hear it exiting the lift on the 6th floor Tried to get a drink at 11.45pm and bar closed and no residents bar , or room service Asked to see the manager on our check out and she was in a meeting, asked for her to contact us and she didn’t only when I emailed 4 days after our return to ireland , she in no way addressed our concerns I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel and would not return

We just returned from four nights at the Hutton Hotel. We all liked the property. The rooms were ok and the staff were accommodating.. Our favorite feature was the live music in the lobby everyday. My only complaint was the overpowering smell of eucalyptus in the lobby out final day. It was strong and offensive to the nose.

I decided to reserve a room at the Hutton after doing a bit of research for hotels in Nashville. I had decided that I wanted to spend my birthday at a luxury hotel. I was looking for just the perfect place and thought I had found it at the Hutton. I saw a beautiful picture of a soaking tub. In this picture both the shower and tub were behind this beautiful glass. It was that picture that caught my attention. The regular hotel pictures only show showers. Before I made the decision to reserve a room at the Hutton, I called to inquire about the "soaking tub." I was informed that there were only certain rooms that had them, specifically the suites. After making my reservation, I called back to explain that I was celebrating my birthday and wanted to get a room with the "soaking tub" if possible. I was told that they would see what they could do. I was so excited about my birthday plans, and figured the $300.00 plus dollars a night was worth it, boy was I wrong! I called back a day before we would check in, and was informed that we were able to get the suite with the "soaking tub." We drove to Nashville and had arrived earlier than expected, and the front desk staff was so kind to let us check in about two hours early. When we checked in the staff greeted us and were so kind. We ended up paying extra for the valet which is over $50.00, but what the heck it's my birthday is what I thought. So we get up to the room and the first thing I saw was two very visible grease stains on the couch, and on the ottoman. I went into the bathroom and it wasn't the "soaking tub" I had seen, in fact it looked nothing like it. I called the front desk and the manager took care of us right away. He told me he would take a look at the room himself to make sure everything was in order. I ran back to the truck to get some wipes, as I was doing so I saw the manager and he asked if everything was okay, and at this point I thought it was. As I wiped the toilet I noticed that it was extremely loose, and it was a push button toilet but the top button was missing. Once I used the restroom and washed my hands I noticed that one of the sinks was clearly clogged, but I wasn't going to ask once again to be moved I would just deal with it. At this point I was really feeling like I had wasted my money, and the "suite" was most certainly not what I had expected. We came back to the hotel and had a peaceful sleep. The next morning I got up so that we could get ready to check out. I turned on the shower and stood there for minutes waiting for it to heat up. The water never got hot, just fluctuated between lukewarm and freezing cold. I hopped in, I waited and waited for the water to get hot it never did. I even turned the shower off and back on. In the midst of me trying to get dressed there was a buzz at the door, my boyfriend got the door and apparently room service was there. We had at least an hour left before it was time to check out. After getting dressed I immediately called the front desk to explain that we had no hot water, and that houskeeping was basically rushing us out before it was even check out time. I was asked if I wanted maintenance to come take a look, but at this point we were about to check out, so what good would that do us? My boyfriend opted out of the wonderful cold shower I had experienced. The gentleman apologized for housekeeping, and stated it was an ongoing issue and offered to take off my taxes. When we checked out one of the ladies that assisted with check in was there, and I was telling her about the experience.. she apologized. At the end of our lackluster experience the Hutton discounted me a measly $21.00!! We have vowed to NEVER return, it wasn't worth our time nor money. My birthday at the Hutton was a huge disappointment.

The hotel was very nice and clean from the outside to the lobby and all the way until we got to the room… we did the normal checks for bugs and what not and didn’t see anything, but the shower was not very clean and there were crumbs in the chair in our room. Everything else was pretty clean. The weekend was enjoyable though :)

Beautiful hotel. About a 25 min walk from downtown, quicker on the electric scooters. Very clean, live music and bar in the lobby, nicely decorated. We did not get to check out the music venue on the 2nd floor.

Is this a nightclub or a hotel?? Really, I’m on the 5th floor and it’s 9.15pm and the music is BLARING loud from the second floor. This is the second night in a row there’s been a performance on the second floor. The rooms are small and the bed is uncomfortable. The sound is deafening. Give me a break. Figure out how to seal off the sound or close the bottom 7 floors. This is not acceptable. If I could get a room elsewhere I would leave right now. So disrespectful.
