Brian and Griffin did a fantastic job! Great service and great stay! We had a great one night stop in Nashville on our way to Alabama. The valet was extremely helpful and took great care of our car. We definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again.
We arrived to Nashville for the weekend with little plans, Hannah in the hotel planned everything out for us, and booked dinner reservations. Told us brunch places, shops and nightlife spots to visit. We visited them all, and none disappointed. Customer service at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!!!
Swanky and well decorated and attended to hotel. Superb professional staff and very accommodating to the needs of the guest. Great location with access to a lot of venues but also with convenient parking Food for our event was great and served timely and professionally. Would recommend for business or personal visits.
My daughter and I recently stayed at the Hutton House late July and this hotel was everything it said it was. Walkability, great music at the Analog, coffee & cocktails at the lobby chart and a great staff. Speaking of staff, the bellhop, Brian was extremely helpful and cheerful. I can say, "he loves his job!".
I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hutton the bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from the hard working valet to housekeeping like Shenita who gave us great recommendations. I also loved coming in to live music and a drink on the house no less, now that’s southern hospitality at its best!
We stayed at the Hutton Hotel as we were intrigued by the writers studios they have on site which you can book if available. Set up with guitars and recording equipment. So that was the main draw The location is actually great in the west end - walking distance to Broadway scene and the Ryman as well as music row and Vanderbilt. Easy access to I-65 to drive to Opryland. The lobby is really cool and as is typical for Nashville there was live music most of the time. They also have an on site music venue which was cool. The people who worked there were all really nice and helpful. In particular, George, who is the director of production, went above and beyond, I mean WAY above, coming back during his off hours and helping us with using the studio. He was an amazing representative of the Hutton. Given all this I give this 5 stars. I will say the rooms are a bit small in my opinion for Nashville, but then again, no one really spends time in their room in Nashville do they? Parking is very convenient but quite pricey. It isn’t full service so there are very limited options for food but this is typical for a boutique type hotel. We typically stay in higher end full service places so it was different for us. But given the personal service we were very impressed overall. …
So it appears they have taken and old hotel, fancied up the lobby, added some hipster furnishings to the rooms, and leaned into the live music theme. In the end, for the money. It is tired compared to all the new stuff in Nashville. 2 annoyances at a hotel that costs $250+ a night: 1. It is $42 per day for self parking in the empty parking garage and $50+ for valet. Come on. 2. There should be free, self serve coffee bar in the lobby. Every $99 chain hotel offers it, seems like a low cost, high value amenity. On a more positive note, the staff were great and friendly and helpful. And the location between Vandy and downtown is good.
Nice hotel but they charged us twice at check in and we did not get our refund until the last day despite reassurance it was dealt with. We had to contact our bank back home. Left a cloud over our stay as we found this very stressful and felt that they did not take us seriously.
Steven at the front desk made sure I was taken care of during my stay at the Hutton. Extremely polite young man who was willing to go above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and I will definitely return.
The accomodations were excellent: comfy bed, nice clean room, great waterfall shower. The extra amenities (free beverages, free loaned guitar/amp) and amazing and friendly service put it over the top.
