On arrival we were meet by very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very impressive, clean and well presented. My only disappointment was there was no swimming pool to relax in and cool down from a hectic day our. I would recommend C21 hotels to all my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay we were looked after from the minute we booked in to the very second we checked out .
Hi. I stayed at your hotel in the first week of August. I visited Nashville for a short turnaround business trip and I have to say, I was not exactly impressed like I thought I would be. Loved the art and galleries and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job on my room. My issue was with the person who answered the phone and some of the staff. I called around 5:30pm the day before my stay and the man who answered the phone Paul was extremely rude. I had some questions that he didn’t really care to answer. When I came the next day, I was welcomed by Cedric, Jennifer, and J who were all super eclectic and really nice. I mentioned to them about the Paul person who answered the phone. Cedric definitely apologized on your whole staff behalf and told me that he would personally make sure that my stay was excellent. I appreciate your staff effort for wanting to make sure that I felt welcome. I would definitely advise that you speak with Paul about speaking with guests properly on the phone. The only other small issue that I saw is that a lot of the staff were dressed in a way i didn’t expect to see in a 5 star boutique hotel. We are an older couple so My Wife was very stunned by the sheer clothes and short dresses (she is very conservative). The staff who checked us in on the 2nd shift did a great job and was dressed very business casual which was nice. Thanks 21c. We are headed to Bentonville but we will be back in Nashville in January. Thank you for your time.…
Location, location, location If feels like in a real museum . Super cool stuff around, specially the penguins :) Drinks well made by David at the bar. Amazing old fashions !!! clean, comfortable bed and blackouts worked perfectly... easy check in and easy check out
This is 1st time I ever left a review, but felt like needed to. We stayed 1 night (30 June, room 405) for the motley crue concert. Room was $250 for the night and $50 for parking. For that much money I had high expectations. The room would not cool down good at lowest setting. The shower curtain was too short so floor was soaked. The fancy coffee maker in the room didn't work. Talked to a guy cleaning about getting another one but never did. Told front desk when checked out and he just said we will fix it. The bed was hard as a rock. I know everyone has their own preferences on bed stiffness but I barely sleep any and back hurt next day. The staff was all nice and helpful beside about the coffee maker. The valet team was awesome and very helpful for directions and recommendations. For the concert we are coming down for next month we will look for accommodations somewhere else. Thanks- Josh…
This dreary hotel is way overpriced for the amenities offered. No coffee in the lobby on weekday mornings and one day the ran out of bath towels. Unacceptable when you’re paying 400 to 500 a night. The halls were dark and dreary. The hallway floors were never vacuumed. The “artwork” is the weird stuff people affect to admire in order to be thought sophisticated. The only redeeming quality was a friendly staff. There are many hotels in Nashville. Bypass this one.
We went to Nashville for a quick, weekend getaway. I was very pleased with the 21c Museum Hotel! The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel was centrally located within walking distance of Broadway and Printer’s Alley, but also far enough away for a peaceful rest away from the noise. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the staff!! Everyone we encountered including the housekeeping staff were friendly and very accommodating. I genuinely believe the staff love their jobs, and where they work. They were so helpful and always greeted you with a huge smile. I will definitely be visiting another 21c Museum Hotel in the future!!! Also, keep an eye out for the penguins! They mysteriously move on occasion. 😂
We made the reservation the same day as our arrival…spur of the moment stop. Relying on trip advisor reviews to help me as I’d never been to Nashville before was a bit of a leap of faith, but the reviewers didn’t steer me wrong! This hotel is close to down town and while it may be considered downtown, it was a couple blocks from all the bars on Broadway. Which I was thankful for. Close enough to walk a few minutes to be in the “thick of it all”, but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel has a trendy theme with dark colored walls, light wooden floors and just overall cool vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we pulled up with the valet attendant, the front desk, bellman and even housekeeping offered enthusiastic “good mornings”in the halls. The bar was nice, friendly staff and had amazing food and atmosphere. And even more fun, lots of art lining the walls of the hotel. We’d not stayed in a 21c before, but we’ll be looking for them in future travels. If you’re heading to the Nashville area and unsure of where to stay, this is a great location! (Also really close to the pedestrian bridge for the Titans stadium)…
Pros.. Artwork is fantastic Vibe is chill Great on site restaurant and bar. Close to Broadway Staff is nice Cons.. Stayed in an artists suite. Don’t do it unless you want to hear music from the hotel through the walls all night. A call to front desk did not help Housekeeping failed to replenish toilet paper, soap and water Bed was definitely not king sized. More like a queen Overall a nice stay but not good enough for a repeat visit. It’s potential not realized
Where do I start… First off, when we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted by the young lady Secret. She was very warm and welcoming to us. As she was explaining the valet process. We heard a man yell at us asking if we were checking in. I felt like that was obvious, he then goes to explain his name is Greg. He tells us everything the young lady had already told us. He honestly just made that process pretty overwhelming for us and didn’t let us do any of the talking. Although he was very helpful with the bags. Maybe he could tone it down. The rest of our stay was alright. Our room was smaller than desired. And the view was lack luster. But I guess that’s downtown for you. We had dinner at Gray and Dudley. The drinks were okay, but the food was fantastic!! Overall I highly recommend eating there. The hotel was a short distance from most everything you would want. Hopefully the city can clean up the bomb debris by the next time we come to nashville.…
We just came back from three nights at the 21c is Nashville. It is a great hotel. The location is fantastic. There are bars and restaurants right around it, yet it is still not a far walk from crazy Broadway. Our room was really big, clean and had everything we needed. The penguin statues around the hotel were fun as we never knew each night when we came home where they would show up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.
