This is a very interesting hotel with an art gallery and modern rooms. The location was perfect, close to all bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious, clean and it was very quite at night. Dylan helped make our stay in Nashville enjoyable and comfortable. He was very helpful answering all our questions, suggested where to go, what to see, and helped us to get around the city. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we vist Nashvillle.
We spent 4 nights. The first night we were in one room but got moved because the beds were really uncomfortable and the other room had a mattress pad. It didn't help much because it was still very uncomfortable. The room was clean but they didn't clean the bathroom vents on either room. The hotel is really cool and the design is really modern. It is in a convenient location to Broadway but far enough that you don't have all the noise. Another thing that I didn't like is that employees wanted to ride in the elevator when it clearly said to only have 1 party at a time. But I did like that they had hand sanitizer at many convenient places. Would stay here again.
The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating. From front desk, to house keeping, to everything in between everyone was great. They really care about their guests. And the hotel is fun too because they have art pieces everywhere. A different but cool experience. And the location of this hotel you just can’t beat. Five minute walk to Broadway and a 15 minute walk to Nissan stadium. I will be staying at this hotel again for more Nashville stays!!
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We were greeted at the curb by Dustin Sellers who let us know where to park and carried our bags up to our room. He was awesome and made us feel like we had just come home. We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised that our room had been upgraded. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly, the restaurant was great, the room was perfect and great location and walking distance to everything. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.
In-hotel entertainment with the museum-worthy art, delicious food and cocktails at Gray and Dudley, super friendly staff, perfect downtown location ... 21c is the best choice for Nashville stay, boutique hotel. Get the charred carrots with whipped feta and pistachio, chocolate chip cookies that are "eat with a spoon" delectable, and the potato cake for brunch. The homemade hot sauce is so good! Terra and Kyle are a dream team, and took such good care of me. Their friendliness and genuineness set me at ease. As did all staff wearing masks, gloves, digital menus, and polite but firm insistence that guests wear masks and share their info for contact tracing. (Not in here, Covid! : )
