Hotel's Favorite
Arriving after a late flight (traveling all day) the front desk (which was in construction turmoil) was extremely helpful. They assisted with connecting me to Radisson by phone so I could book a room using my points, then gave me an upgrade. The construction that is going on was of no bother whatsoever. Enjoyed the updated rooms! Anson was very helpful and I look forward to staying at Radisson next time we are in Nashville.

Staff was very friendly. They have an airport shuttle and will take you to other places in the area. Easy check in. Friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. Fairly new hotel that was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed here at 4th July. It was the most unpleasant stay we've ever had. The hotel front desk girls were very irresponsible and made us very helpless with a 15 month old baby. Hopefully this review can be seen by the appropriate supervisors and make sure this will not happen to other guests. Here is the story: The front desk girl ANNOUNCED to us the crib that we reserved had been given to MORE PRIORITY PEOPLE: We came to check in around 7 pm. Check-in was fine. The girl told me that the room assigned was two beds and she checked there was no other room option available. I said that's fine, but please make sure we will have a crib for the 15 month old boy, which I had made a phone call to reserve one right after the reservation was made around 2-3 weeks ago. Very soon after we got into the room, our room phone rang and my husband picked up the phone. I couldn't hear the full story but the conversation went very unpleasant. I asked what happened and my husband told me that they said there was no crib for the baby, which was BECAUSE THEY GAVE TO MORE PRIORITY PEOPLE. I called with my personal phone and tried to talk someone to have the issue solved. One girl picked up the phone and informed me that she is at the front desk. I asked to talk to her manager / supervisor. The girl (maybe the name is Paksa) went crazy without even asking who I am. She said SHOULD I CALL MY MANAGER OR POLICE TO SAY YOUR HUSBAND SAID FU. I was shocked. I asked her do you know who I am. She said your husband just called us. i ASKED DID YOU CALL OR HE CALLED. The girl said I CALLED TO ANNOUNCE WE DON'T HAVE A CRIB. I'm so speechless. NO CRIB! LIES LIES LIES....WHO SHOULD I CALL TO ASK FOR HELP TO FIND A SAFE PLACE FOR MY BABY TO SLEEP AT NIGHT? I asked her could you please tell me the full story. She refused to and kept saying my husband knows what she is talking about. I asked again for manager and she said THERE IS NO MANAGER. IT'S 4TH JULY. YOU CAN EITHER LEAVE A MESSAGE OR CALL TMR MORNING. I asked to talk to someone else as well. Some other girl picked up without informing me again and said SHE IS TRYING TO HELP AND I AM JUST KEEP INTERRUPTING HER. Here is the LIE #1 - WE HAVE A CRIB BUT IT'S BROKEN SO THAT WE CAN'T BRING TO YOU GUYS. We asked that can you show us the broken crib. The girl first said IT'S HAZARD TO BRING TO YOU GUYS. We insisted to see. Then she said YOU GUYS CAN COME TO FIRST FLOOR TO SEE IT. We went down to first floor of course. It's another girl and she told us that we talked to her sister. We asked that where is the broken crib to see. SURPRISE, THERE WAS NONE. Here comes the LIE #2 (OR I SHOULD JUST CALL IT BS, SORRY FOR MY LANGUAGE BUT THAT'S HOW RIDICULOUS IT IS) - SHE TOLD US THAT SHE SAW THE NOTE IN THE SYSTEM FOR A CRIB TO BE RESERVED. HOWEVER IT IS NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT GUARANTEED! WHAT A DRAMA... Luckily one of the three girls FOUND A CRIB ALL OF A SUDDEN AFTER SO MUCH DRAMA.... I don't know how you guys could don't even bother to check and find a solution as part of your job but just announce or I call BS to the guest. The first announcing girl also made another announcement when we were downstairs to see the crib. That girl was helping some other guest and saw us. She brought up the FU thing again in front of other guest. I didn't say anything... Maybe you should tell people the full story how you discriminated us since you gave the crib to your more priority people. Or maybe you should do your job and help your guest to check in instead of ruining his night as well. If you don't know how to speak English. Neither do we. We understand there could be a miscommunication over the phone as you don't talk to people face to face, but I don't think you understand because you keep making drama... We never had a problem with travelling with the baby. Don't even say the reservation for the crib has been taken 3 weeks ago. Of course IT IS NOT GUARANTEED AT RADISSON HOTEL AT NASHVILLE AIRPORT as the crib can be given to MORE PRIORITY PEOPLE and the front desk girls JUST DONT CARE....

Excellent accomondations. The staff was friendly. Starting with the gentleman that picked me up from the airport. He was friendly and profession. The desk assistant that check me in was friendly and helpful with storing my bags until check-in. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean and we'll stocked. The overall experience was excellent.
