The check in desk did not let other guests into room when names were on reservation- lied to us later when asked why. Rooms not serviced by housekeeping. Staff from front desk to pool area servers were rude. Beautiful hotel with pretty good location but horrible service. Significantly overpriced for value you receive.

My husband and I had a weekend getaway for my birthday. When we arrived at 3:00 p.m. our room was not ready. We waited for about 45 minutes and I went up to ask if the room was ready. The young man I spoke with (Keaton) had the absolute best demeanor and worked to find us a room available. He understood it was my birthday weekend and took extra steps to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We travel to Nashville 3 to 4 times a year and have stayed a several hotels around the area. The Westin facility is by far our favorite and mostly because of the employees and their respect for the guest. The rooftop bar is an added benefit.

The lounge for breakfast is great. Ed Cardona and Jimun were wonderful. It was nice they are open weekends as well. The staff am/pm did a great job. We had a great stay. Pool on the rooftop is small but works. Thanks for the hospitality.

I had some issue with staying on the 4th floor for I don't take elevators. When I called to make the reservation I was told no problem you can have a first floor room, by an operator who had no idea of the property layout, for I don't even think the person was in this country whom I spoke to. After checking in and finding this information out, and not even having a stair case I could access inside the building for I had to go outside to get up to my room. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tommy (Front Desk Manager) and Keith (Front Desk). Both men went out of their way to help access my room everyday with a smile. Thank you so much for making my stay much better.

Great hotel/location - accommodations are great - Front Desk - superb (Carolyn). Valet team was grea, too. However, Housekeeping slow to respond (2 times) with towels (waited 30-60 mins) and experienced poor service at Roof Top Bar (not enough staff and staff there not watchful of who has a drink and who doesn't). Especially frustrating as I purposely chose the Westin to stay and start celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. We ended up leaving and going to another bar as a result. As we were checking out, we went to get 2 Latte's at the lobby restaurant/bar and waited more than 10 minutes after placing order - watched the person serving wait on other people after taking our order. We left - yet another poor experience. Wasn't worth the money spent - didn't match the experience I was looking to deliver for my family.
