Club Wyndham Nashville, nestled near the Grand Ole Opry, has an atmosphere that guests generally enjoy, despite some noting its dated aspects and renovations. The service receives a mixed bag of reviews, with praise for staff friendliness being occasionally marred by reports of unresponsiveness and timeshare pressures. The rooms are recognized for their spaciousness and cleanliness, yet some guests point out maintenance issues and dated decor. Travelers appreciate the hotel's location and amenities like the shuttle service and pools, but the experiences are sometimes dampened by aggressive sales tactics and maintenance concerns. Cleanliness is typically well-regarded, although a few guests suggest improvements are needed, particularly with carpet cleaning. The value of the stay at Club Wyndham Nashville can be compromised for guests who feel overwhelmed by timeshare sales pitches.

The staff is friendly, the units are well appointed and there are plenty of activities every day. The location is excellent: near the Grand Old Opry/Convention Center and close to the downtown area, within 20 minutes. The resort offers a shuttle hourly to the downtown area from morning until the wee hours of the morning, for a very reasonable price: save the driving AND parking is expensive in the downtown area! I recommend bringing your own laptop/tablet; the public business center computers were down the entire week, but suspect that there was a wifi signal available for personal devices. The suite is not comfortable for 4 adults but would be OK for 2 adults and 2 children on the pull out sofa. there is a small flat screen television in each room, but no way to play any music. The "mini kitchen" had everything needed for preparing meals. We did hear some sound through our walls from the adjacent unit. The common areas, pools, hot tub, and fitness room were in good shape and clean. We enjoyed many of the evening activities offered. The concierge service were attentive and eager to please. I would visit here again.

Check-in was easy. For once, I was not hassled to do the time-share orientation. The guy said it was because I am a Wyndham owner. Never stopped other places. Anyways.

We called ahead and asked for a first floor or accommodations to use an elevator. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a first floor next to the play ground and outdoor pool (currently closed for the winter) in building 14. Our accommodations included a 2Bed/2Bath. One room had two queen size beds and a regular bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom had a king size bed and amazing bathroom, with a large jetted tub and separate large shower. Each apartment type room has the standard washer/dryer combo and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/eating utilities. Room decor is fairly dated in red, green, yellow, and orange colors but in good condition.

Neighborhood is fairly quite. There is an indoor, heated pool along with an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi at the main building. The resort is located just a few minutes walk to local attractions such as Opryland and the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. Walmart is less than 4 miles away for your grocery needs.

Late night arrival did not realize office was further in and stopped at first building which was locked up. We had to sleep in our rented car. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located in Music City, a few blocks from the Grand 'Ol Opry. Not many quality restaurants but we highly recommend dinner at Caney Fork Restaurant and ask to be seated in "Ms. Teresa's" section. You will not be disappointed. The Club Wyndham also needs interior upgrades and the outside needs routine washing to minimize all the spiderwebs, it was just too much. Otherwise, the facility was clean and met expectations. I don't want to forget to mention that this location also invites in a Coffee truck for the hot and iced favors, and hosted a BBQ brisket and a hot dog family night. Many seemed to enjoy the indoor swimming pool.

We stayed for a few days at Wyndham in Nashville. We reserved a 1-bedroom suite. Brian asked for the 4th floor hoping for a view. Unfortunately there wasn't one unless we walked outside. The kitchen consisted of a sink, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. The only counter was about 12-inches of counter space that was also taken up with silverware, a knife butcher block case and a coffee pot. The pots and pans and cooking utensils were found in the entry closet! The baking pans were found in the council under the TV!
The bed was comfortable, the unit was quiet. No bells and whistles at all!
There were plenty of places were hand sanitizer was but they were often out!

We stayed here for our stay in Nashville..... just okay wouldn't stay here again. This resort is nowhere downtown. There are a couple honky tonks down the road (a precarious walk on the road edge with no sidewalks). There is no bar, no restaurant, or store (to pick up juice, bread, etc) on the grounds. You can take the precarious walk to the liquor store down the road and pick up chips and water. The room we had needed a facelift (and maybe its scheduled for one), worn furniture, paint peeling in places, slider door didn't slide.... just needed TLC. Overall, its okay, but would not stay here again.

We're disappointed to hear that the resort did not meet your expectations. We always want to exceed our guests' expectations, but it appears that in this case, we fell short. Your feedback regarding the unit and resort amenities is greatly appreciated, and will be passed along to Resort Management to be looked into further.

Pros: We are Wyndham owners. We booked this resort to visit Nashville. We had made several special requests and every one of them was honored, which we greatly appreciated. We flew in very early and the condo was ready. The condo was roomy and spotless and seemed to be recently updated. There was construction at certain sections of the resort but we did not hear any noise. The balcony was roomy and we were in a private area. Any time we called the office, they were very accommodating.

Cons: Whoever designed the bathroom should never be used again. In the bedroom, the sink and tub are completely open with no doors. No privacy at all. The shower, a tiny sink and a toilet are in a very small bathroom with doors, but there is nothing to set your clothes or towels on while showering. Even with traveling with my husband, I would like to take a bath, wash my face and brush my teeth in privacy. I can't imagine how awkward it would be if traveling with a friend, etc. It's a shame; otherwise it's a very nice condo with a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. It should be an easy fix for the resort to put folding doors on the bathroom.

Our biggest problem was not having a car. We relied on the resort having a shuttle take us to the downtown area each day or would use Lyfts or Ubers otherwise. I would not recommend staying at this resort without a car. Our condo was in building 21 which was the furthest from the lobby you could get and was a very long walk just to get the shuttle, which is $10.00 each way. The shuttle dropped off downtown at a street a couple blocks past the bars and restaurants and a very steep hill to climb to get to the shuttle. It was very inconvenient and miserable on a hot day

There are no restaurants within walking distance of the resort nor is there a bar or restaurant on site. We had quite a bit of difficulty getting rides to restaurants, etc. There is also nowhere to buy food or drink nearby, so come prepared.

I depends on your reason for coming to Club Wyndham. If you want a nice quiet pretty resort and have a car, this should be fine, but it is quite a ride to the downtown area and parking can be expensive and hard to find. But I would recommend it in this case. We did not want to bother with renting a car, therefore it wasn't the best choice for us. I would have preferred to stay somewhere downtown which would be much more convenient. Unfortunately there is not a Club Wyndham downtown. We didn't go to the pool, but it looked nice.

UPDATE: I changed my review from a 1 Star to a 3 Star review; I struggle with this review # because it's November and my issue is just now resolved from my September vacation; hence only 3 stars. I want to say first and foremost; Mohammed is the Man and personally, he deserves 10 stars for service. As soon as he was notified of my issue, he went into full fix it mode, so I want to commend him for how well he handled the situation and getting us moved into a new unit; literally carrying our stuff to the new unit...with a smile on his face. I also want to commend Jessica for working with Mohammed to get our issue fixed . Without them, it is likely I would have either taken cold showers for a week or left and paid to stay somewhere else. So, both of them deserve major kudos. My 3 stars is for the location itself. If you're lucky enough to stay in one of the 2-Bedroom upgraded units, your stay will be amazing. If you're staying in a 1 bedroom, well, good luck. Supposedly they are upgrading them and supposedly they had upgraded the first unit we were in; however, no one confirmed if anything was working and no one checked to see if it was actually clean. Again, 5+ stars for Mohammed and Jessica; 3 stars for the one bedroom units.

As I sit here writing this review, I currently have no hot water after having had to spend over an hour around midnight last night cleaning this unit. It was disgusting. We basically had to wipe down every single surface. There was dust everywhere. The room with the jacuzzi had what looked like possibly stains in the surround, but stains don't rub off and this mess came off with a clorox wipe. There is no way the jacuzzi room was cleaned before we got here. To be clear, there is no way I'm using that disgusting thing because you can clearly see stuff laying in the bottom of it, but I also wasn't going to stay in a room with other people's filth. So why not change rooms you ask?! Well, they said that I got the last room left so there are no other options. Once I finished cleaning and decided to take a shower, imagine my surprise that the water never got hot. I called the service desk and imagine a bigger surprise that maintenance does not start until the next morning at 10am. So after traveling all day, cleaning the room at night, that should have been cleaned already, since you know, as a Time Share owner, everyone has cleaning points and then not being able to get a shower while also knowing that you aren't going to be able to shower the next morning either, I'm quite angry. So, it is 10:17am and there is still no maintenance person here to resolve this issue. So, I am currently boiling water so I can try and be somewhat clean to maybe enjoy my vacation. If I had wanted to go camping, I would have gone camping. I came to what was supposed to be a Wyndham Resort where I could relax and spend time on vacation. So, maybe other people have had a better experience at this location, but I wouldn't recommend this Wyndham location to anyone. It is the worst Wyndham location I've ever encountered and I'm extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and my points coming here.

The bad, as stated by others the walls are paper thin, but that could be partially because we were in the small 1 bedroom which appears can be opened up to the larger unit next door. There is a inside door between units. Our unit was dated, but it was clean and functional and the very tiny kitchen has everything you need to cook a couple meals. What I liked least was the windows in this unit are all on the walkway side. So if you like to live with the drapes shut it’s not an issue. I like a bright sunny room so this did pose a problem for me as everyone walking to and from the stairs or elevator are within a couple feet.

The good. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best part is the location. It’s so close to the Opry and very easy access to every other part of Nashville. I also liked the shuttle service to downtown. I would stay again.

First thing I saw walking to the room was a used band aid. With all the virus information out there was wondering how serious they were taking the virus. Well 2 days later the used band aid was still on the ground so I guess that answers that question.

This used to be a nice place to stay but since getting rid of about 75 percent of the staff it is going downhill.

Room needs updating. There is rust in the drain in the sink. The light switches for the dining room and kitchen lights are underneath the countertop and had to call the front desk to find them.

The marketing team sucks as usual. Was told that we would be getting a refund/credit for the 3 months that Wyndham was not accepting guests. Went to presentation because of this and they were clueless. Finally had to just leave after listening to their nonsense for 90 minutes. Manager came out and asked for 2 minutes to talk about the refund/credit. Went and talked to him and said that the e months would be applied to a new purchase. Why can’t Wyndham be like an upstanding company like Progressive and send you the cash back instead of twisting it into another sales gimmick?

Would never recommend Wyndham to anyone.

They hotel is across the street from the Opryland Htl and a great location. The rooms were ridiculously small , so small no prep room to cook, and tv stand held pots and the coat closet too. WE were told as RCi members the good rooms go to Wyndam owners after very long and heavy hitting timeshare presentation. They also told us the rates are going to skyrocket at rci to triple current rates. All the timeshare owners need to rebel and go with interval then, screw Rci/Wyndam. Only the pool was available , no restaurants on property, but we highly recommend Puckett's downtown or in Franklin and The Hermage House smorgasbord..both awesome. Spent an entire day at the opryland complex , walked around downtown, and loved centennial mall( its a park) . Nashville has tons to do and see.
Loved the entire trip except for my very uncomfortable bed , couch and dated room! Room wasnr very clean as well...so much for covid procedures and I left something in the room and housekeeping kept it! Called a few hours later ...but they said they didnt have it!
