ONLY bad thing I experienced is being attacked to go listen to a no pressure orientation about updates for owners. I tried to tell them several times I was not with my husband and I did not want to waste ANY of my time with my friends to listen to anything. We spent a lot on time share and this was the very first time we or I should say I used. Took no for a answer but after I talked to my husband later that night he said ABSOLUTELY NOT !! So that morning they called to confirm I cancelled. We stayed in building 13 and William & Darlene were the Absolute GREATEST ❤️They were so sweet and accommodating for us. They were here for all our questions and we absolutely loved them! Pool area nice along with everything else! Shuttle Bus was super nice to use! Kudos to Wyndham Nashville & Can’t wait to come back again! Jennifer

Impressed and satisfied beyond belief!!! I am a Wyndham owner and sponsored a family mini-gathering. I had enough units to accommodate 60 people from age 6 months to 101 years of age. We were there over Memorial Day weekend. We were able to use the banquet/meeting room, the swimming pools and the outside picnic area. We had some off-site group outings planned. There were some resort activities already planned/hosted by the resort for all guests that we were able to participate in as well. The shuttle to take us downtown was a blessing. The entire staff and management were PHENOMENAL!! The staff even provided services/suggestions/accommodations that we did not even realized we needed. They were at our beckoning call. There was no pressure tactics to attend any resort/ownership presentations. Our family is planning another gathering next year that will be even bigger and better. I say KUDOS to Club Wyndham Nashville for all that they did for our family. With some of the amenities and services being recently opened due to COVID, the staff was prepared and there were safety protocols in place to ease everyone's comfort level. There was some maintenance upgrades/renovations, but this effort did NOT disturb or interfere or impact our visit. This location offered the solitude and the flexibility and the ideal location to restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping malls, airport and grocery stores. The staff from the check-in personnel to maintenance to management, I cannot express how pleased my family and I were for your professionalism, your attention to detail and your hospitality. I give 2 thumbs up for sure, 5-star rating, and A-1 services!!! From Bill to Ronni to Sheila to Tod to Richard to Jamekia to all of you.......YOU ROCK and my family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

Contrary to some reviews, we found this place to be great. Great location, quiet & clean. We are not timeshare owners but are staying in an owner’s place. We did go to the sales presentation after they upped it to $200 vs the $75 first offered. The 90 minutes was actually a bit over 3 hrs though. The presentation was optional & it was rainy, so we took it. Didn’t buy though. This was optional. They approached at check in. We said no. Then they called the room once & sweetened the offer. So, no pressure to attend, at all. We were in a newly remodeled one bedroom lock off which consisted of a small den/kitchen combo. The kitchen area is small. But who cooks much while vacationing. It did provide us with a good fridge and the ability to have breakfast and sandwiches in the room. Den consisted of a sofa, lamp, tv and dining table. Enough room to spread out a bit from a typical hotel room. The stacking washer/dryer in the hallway was great. Didn’t have to pack as much! Bedroom was a kind bed, tv, nightstand. Pretty standard. Bathroom is small with the vanity sink in the hall. All in all, this place fit the bill with us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I wish we’d had a balcony. That was the only downside, but I’d book here again in a second. I’m just glad we got a remodeled room!

units in back of resort are outdated, un kept and dreary. Kitchen layout poor, bathroom is grungy. They have started renovations that should have started 3-4 years ago. Management was not willing to move us because we were RCI and not Wyndham owners.

It happens we were at the older 3 floor building section with no elevator. Our room was relatively small facing the stairs. The stay was OK but not good as my last 5 different timeshare stay. May be the newer section is better.
