My girlfriend and husband were able to secure a stay from April 24th - April 29th using their timeshare points. The resort is currently undergoing renovations. The rooms were outdated. My dresser drawers in the 2nd bedroom did not close. Unfortunately, we were right in front of the construction zone. The hotel did not inform us of the construction prior to our stay. I think we would have looked elsewhere had we known about the construction during our stay. The resort offers a $10 roundtrip shuttle service to downtown Nashville which made it nice not to rent a car. It was about a 25 minute shuttle bus ride to the downtime area. The resort is about a mile++ away from any restaurant/shopping. There were a few good restaurants nearby ..none within walking distance. We used Uber during our stay which was pretty reasonable. The resort is definitely a 3 star resort, however, I would definitely stay elsewhere if I were to return to the Nashville area. We did lounge by the pool one day and played bingo with the Activities Director. My girlfriend and I both won prizes (the highlight of our stay). The resort offers daily activities which made it nice. The staff (most were new) was accommodating..easy check in/check out. You were able to request additional amenities with no problems.…
First this is NOT about the property being under construction. However, at limited capacity what is exoected is for towels, toilet paper, and other things like sugar for coffee shoukd be delivered in a timely fashion when requested. You text a number and wait. 4 people in two rooms and no toilet paper for hours. Then you text again and ask what is the ETA and they just say sorry for the delay. Never mind you may have to wipe your butt with a white hotel towel. Then the presentation is fine but the whole ordeal is crazy. Wyndham has merged with Travel and Lesiure which seems to push all low level owners out of the equation. They make it seem like you are getting a deal to "off set fees" but coach you into saying on a recorded line it is not the fees but better travel or the use of an app or updated feature. So you sign up. Then receive the documents and realize they signed you up for a credit card you did not need and damn near maxed it to get you to buy into the time share. Then you must pay that down or off in 6 months plus the new bill and fees. To top it off, it is so hard to cancel the transaction even when you are within your 10 legal days to do so. Been here a week and kid cant play in the kiddie pool cause wasps and other cretures are sun bathing in it. I have visited properties under construction before but this one is ridiculous. The least you can have is attentive customer service.…
Excellent location. Some rooms are being updated. Beware of participating in club members update at this location. Employees engage in inappropriate sales practices. What was suppose to be one hour meeting was 3 hours of high pressure sales and the supervisor was aware and also engaged in deceitful mistruths. The State of Tennessee should launch an investigations of this site.
This is a great choice for Nashville, Shuttle provided hourly to downtown for $10 roundtrip. Right across the street from many local tourist attractions and restaurants. I would not recommend doing the resort presentation. We were there 4 hours.
We started our vacation here and we ended our vacation here. One of the things that amazed me is the staff is AMAZING. Shout out to Brandon who is in charge of karaoke. Great entertainer and amazing voice.it was so much fun. He had beverages for us. I just wish Wyndhan would promote more of the karaoke so everyone is aware of the days. Thank you Brandon. Hotel is very clean, rooms are beautiful had construction going on which was annoying. The staff is what makes this hotel. I would definitely recommend Club Wyndam Nashville.they have a shuttle for 10 dollars round trip to go downtown Nashville. Also I would recommend Tommy tour he’s a comedian and shows you around
Overall stay was ok. Large unit and full kitchen. The Sales guy said property is renovated every 3 years… not a chance. Unit 1611 was dated but it did the job. Bed super comfy. No room cleaning service. Had to call for toilet paper and towels. Shuttle service from property to downtown Nashville runs on hour and on half hour it picks up in downtown to bring you back. However the shuttle fills quick and they pack you in like sardines. Avoid the Sales pitch…. They say 90 mins and promise tickets to stuff but it’s closer to 3 hours. Then when you are clear you cannot make a $25k decision on the spot they treat you terrible. They are pushy and rude. This property is close to Grand Old Opry and Opry Mills mall but not near anything else. So keep that in mind. I won’t go back based on the Sales people.…
Exceptionally clean and large unit. Very accommodating staff. Just down the street from Opryland and Opry Mills mall. Less than 30 minutes to Broadway. Lover of history will have more than enough to do in a week.
Nice and extremely helpful people at the front desk. Our daughter got us a trip to Nashville for Christmas and her and her girlfriend were meeting us there. Since we landed 4 1/2 hours earlier than them we could not check in because it was under her name. They were more than happy to hold our suitcases and gave us a free r/t shuttle ride to downtown Nashville that leaves on the hour from about 10 am until 11:30p M-Thu, Sun and Fri/Sat nights until 1:30. It cost guests $10 round trip but they do not advertise that they also do for $15 for you to go back and forth all day if you want...A word of warning...they drop you off at 7th Ave/ Broadway by the Masonic Lodge on the corner and pick you up the same place on the half hour. But, the road going into downtown is downhill all the way so coming up took me several times to catch my breath and my terrible knees that need replacing. but I DID IT♥♥ Oh and we met some great people on that bus and laughed our a$$es off ! Hotel: It was clean and neat, housekeeping were great if you needed anything. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a shared kitchen, living room and balcony. Unfortunately the view from balcony stunk..they were doing construction all over the place. And it was pretty warm when we went this past March 2022 and the temps were 74-80 degs F and the a/c was horrible. That's my only complaint!…
My second visit and like the first it didn’t disappoint. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious units with a washer/dryer, full kitchen and living room. 2 bathrooms including an ensuite and jacuzzi tub. 2 bedroom had 2 single beds and a tv. Resort grounds are very clean with a pool and hottub. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to downtown for a small fee, cheaper than a taxi.
A large portion of the complex is under MAJOR renovation. Large equipment, fences, dumpsters and noise. For some reason the condo above us was so loud-we could here every step they took all day and ALL nught. You can't get the keys to your room until you agree to their "presentation" and deposit $40. Their presentation was condescending, belittling, pushy and THREE HOURS LONG!! We will never go to a WYNDHAM property again!!!
