The Queen 1 bed suite was huge. Very clean w/ updated decor. The hallway gave the bedroom and bath a great deal of separation from the living room and kitchen area. The last minute booking rate through Hilton was fantastic. Great customer service provided from entire team all weekend. A big thanks to Evelyn, Robert, Diane, & Terraneich for making it a welcoming and comfortable stay!

You can find other hotels in Nashville as nice as this one for cheaper, but they will not be in this location. We needed to be in the Vanderbilt/Belmont area, which is pricey. This is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great, and breakfast was very good. Plenty of free parking was available, and the parking lot was easily accessible. We stayed on the first floor. I heard a lot of noise outside our room during the day, but the guests seemed to be quiet at night. I did not hear noise from the parking lot or street at night. The shades on the window did a great job of keeping out the light, and I didn't feel like people in the parking lot could see in our room. Martin's Barbecue is across the street - a bonus. This seems like a safe place to stay. I only have one criticism, and that is the bathroom was not ventilated. I suppose that was why the paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling. This one flaw, however did not affect our overall stay. We would stay here again.

$20 to park when they have so much parking is ridiculous. I don't care if the other hotels around charge more. And the room and TV were small. Breakfast was not great but in reality it never really is in these hotels.

We made reservations in part because parking was free. Surprised upon arrival to learn of $20/night fee. Also an increase of $20/night for second through fourth nights. I’m fighting for a nearly $160 credit for a four night stay. Not right!!
