Second stay here and it seems to get better each stay. We have been trying various rooms, and have been comfortable in each. And breakfast...wow! Donna is a great and very engaging host. Don’t spend your money with the chain hotels, put it back into the small business.

We visited the area to look for a building lot and booked a room at Prospect Hill B & B, and we cannot wait to go back! The building is just lovely, beautifully kept and immaculately clean. The rooms are large, well appointed with period antiques and comfortable! But what really sets this place apart is the owner, Donna...from the moment I called to book our rooms until the time we said goodbye, she was the soul of Southern hospitality, accommodating and friendly. And her cooking is just divine! My only regret is we were so rushed with our realtor appointments, I did not have time to take photos of the house and the area. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend Prospect Hill and Donna highly enough!

Prospect Hill B&B was a wonderful experience. I would give the rooms, service, amenities and location the best possible rating. Donna was a friendly, accommodating, and generous host. We stayed in room #4 for the weekend. I HIGHLY recommend staying in the historic Wagner house if you are ever in need of a place to stay in MTN City, TN. I don't know why you would ever choose another B&B or hotel instead of this one-of-a-kind gem. Prospect Hill is full of antique beauty and charm with modern conveniences such as WiFi, and cable TV. The breakfast is wonderful and Donna provided fresh coffee all morning. Always encouraging us guests to speak up if we had any questions or needed any assistance. The entrance road was a little rough when we stayed there, as it had some damage on the pavement. However, I cannot overstate what a joy it was to spend my vacation here. Not only that but the prices are very reasonable for all the service and amenities you are offered in a unique and beautiful setting. Don't overlook Prospect Hill, you'll be glad you chose it. ~Katherine
