We spent 2 nights at the B&B and it was just the most beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring place. The moment we walked into the room, WOW. The view is just breathtaking... none of the photos we've taken can do justice to the real thing. We love waking up to the view of the fog coming down the forest, by the... More

Thank you for your delightful and descriptive review. We are very pleased that you found our little B&B so beautiful and relaxing and that you decided to stay on until sunset on your check out day to enjoy the view and the changing colours. We look forward to your next stay with us, perhaps in our Orchard House. More

Just spent an incredible long weekend at this lovely B&B. Both Frank and Helen looked after us with the most decadent breakfasts and spoilt us with a few too many chocolates over the Easter break! The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need with the balcony and views perfect to relax and forget about the world around you! Thoroughly... More

We stayed here 2 years ago after our wedding and it was lovely to return over the new year and stay in The Apple Suite again. It looks like you get less deck space than the other 2 suites but we prefer the privacy. We have never met Helen however Frank is a lovely host. Helen's breaky is truly fantastic.... More

The first thing we noticed when we arrived in this pretty location in Red Hill was that Frank is not your average host. Funny, intelligent and engaging, the friendly banter flowed out on to the verandah where we settled in over a great coffee and one of Helen's melting moments. Dinner bookings and transfers to the best local restaurants were... More

Just got back from a weekend staying at this amazing B&B with my wife for our 4th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay here. When we arrived we were treated to beautiful savory and sweet biscuits. The room was really comfortable, especially the bed and mattress. Breakfast was amazing like all the reviews say. It was a two course... More

My wife, son and I have stayed here three times and just love it for its convenient location to Red Hill wineries and absolutely delicious breakfasts! It's tucked away in a very private and beautiful setting only two minutes from Red Hill South and is only 5 minutes to Port Phillip Estate and other great restaurants and wineries in the... More

Such a beautiful place! The cabin (we were lucky enough to stay in the honey moon suit) was sweet, well equipped and still very private, given the cabins are joined together. We were spoiled with complimentary sweet and savory biscuits that were some of the best I've ever tasted. As well as an Nespresso machine for endless coffee! And these... More

We arrived late on Friday but Frank organised our arrival organised our restaurant booking and even dropped us of at the restaurant after a very needed shower. Breakfast by Helen was as good and quite possibly better than anything I've had. Truly amazing and huge!! Frank gave good advice on roads to take on our bicycles. After a long day... More

My partner and I travelled with my parents to Melbourne for a week in January - primarily for the Australian Open. We decided to stay two nights somewhere around the Mornington Peninsula and chose the two-bedroom self-contained Orchard House at Red Hill based on TripAdvisor reviews. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The house itself was beautifully furnished and very clean.... More

We loved our 2 nights at The Orchard. We had the Apple room, which was lovely and quiet. The room is large with a lovely spa bath and very comfortable bed. The private deck area has a gorgeous view across to the pond. There were some lovely little extras included, like delicious home cooked biscuits, wifi, a Nespresso machine and... More
