We enjoyed a one night stay in a very comfortable room, beautifully and tastefully decorated. The owner has thought of everything, and is very helpful and engaging. An excellent cooked breakfast was provided at a mutually acceptable time, with fresh fruit and juice. It is in a beautiful garden setting near the old port. There were a variety of rooms...

In the quiet sea side town of Port Albert is this beautiful accommodation. We stayed in the loft cabin a downstairs self contained 1 bedroom unit, probably a renovated old sea cottage. A wooden chair on our verandah overlooking the sea and the maritime museum was a peaceful place to read or stare out to the ocean. Lovely clean accomodation....

We stayed one night at the Rodondo in off season and had a nice time. The owner and caretaker is a wonderful woman who provided a delicious breakfast, excellent customer service and knew the perfect balance between talking to her guests and giving you some space to do your own thing. The town was very quiet but the locals say...

We just needed an overnighter on a cold winter's evening in Port Albert. "Dalmarnock" at Rodondo was a perfect spot to stay. It was very warm and spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed and extra accommodation for a family if required. For a longer stay, there was a modern kitchen and modern laundry facilities.

This place is amazing. Love the old style cottages and the history. Susan was lovley. Got one of the best rooms to watch the lake (bugger it was raining) great for an overstay night or a weekend getaway. :)

This was the perfect place for a weekend escape from stress with a beautiful view over the water from our top floor room and the delightful and delicious hospitality from Sue who sent us on our way with bellies full of far too much breakfast goodness.

From the reviews, we expected better. The Harbor View Room was small, no place to put suitcases, bathroom door opened into the toilet. It was clean with a bit of "funky" artsy feel. The screen door (which we didn't need since it was very windy and we kept the glass doors shut) had a hole in it. The glass doors...

Booked in for 1 night with small dog. When we arrived 2 large dogs greated us at the gate. They both tried to jump up on me as i entered property (as directed from sign on front door). The owner yelled continuously at the dogs to get down. She showed us the cabin which was really lovely but there was...

Hi Mary, and thanks for your review and feedback. Over the last 10 years we have had many well socialised dogs stay here, and I have never had any problems regarding the shared yard. In fact most dogs enjoy the company of other dogs. I am sorry but I was not aware that your dog does not like other dogs,...

Very happy we stayed there, right on the main street, next to the Park and the museum. The rooms are well equipped & tidy, at first I thought it was a bit too small but that's all you need really. Susan the owner is fantastic, very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great, we really liked the kitchen with the old...

We stayed in the Boat House at Rodondo. This was the perfect size for the two of us. Although the size of a tiny house it had everything we needed, separate bedroom, bathroom and a sitting room with fully equipped kitchen (including french press for coffee). Lovely to sit on the deck with a glass of wine at the end...
