To arrive at an oasis after 60 long kms on a bike was heaven. We were welcomed by the warmth of Sam and an invitation to swim in a pool. The apartment is luxurious, the bed divine and all faculties well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to everyone.

This B & B is set in a wonderful and peaceful location and would be a wonderful place for a longer stay. The gardens are simply beautiful and you are encouraged to wander around them. The upstairs unit and the down stairs unit both suffer from little noise insulation from the main house, even though the hosts are quiet, you...

We apologise again profusely for the unfortunate incident with your cereal. We rectified it immediately. We have never had anything like that happen before. We believe the bout of very humid weather had been playing havoc with dry supplies. We purchased sealed packets from the supermarket that were affected and have heard of others suffering the same fate during the...

Sam and Manfred were generous and friendly hosts. The apartment was well equipped and had a supremely comfortable king size bed. Generous healthy breakfasts were supplied. The expansive gardens were lovely to sit in and enjoy the abundant bird life. It was a delightful place to relax after a day's cycling in the area.

Sue and Manfred were so nice and keep the b&b in awesome condition. We had a perfect 2 night stay and will be back next time we are in the area. The gardens really are beautiful and have many places to sit and take photos. I believe they are even pet friendly, there little dogs are really friendly too.

Possibly the best B&B at which we have stayed. Lovely expansive garden setting with abundant native bird life. The apartment was very quiet, extremely comfortable and well appointed with generous breakfasts provided. Our hosts Sam and Manfred were helpful but not intrusive. We hope to visit again!

Perfect for our long weekend getaway. Sam and Manfred have really thought of everything and their property is truly stunning. Our most enjoyable stay in this region, and best of all we were able to share it with our four legged friend, who also enjoyed himself!

Great base from which to explore the surrounds of King Valley, Milawa. Sam is a friendly host with an eye for detail. We enjoyed the gardens, the dogs & a bike ride down the Buffalo Creek road, just beautiful. Would have liked longer, so will place on the list for next time!
