I stayed with another friends family in the red brick cottage in late December 2016 and everyone loved this place. The interior was as neat as hotels but very spacious for two families to share. We have 4 adults and 4 kids and we did not feel crowded at all. Everyone loved the evening walks in the surrounding land where...

Thank you for your lovely review, so glad to hear you all enjoyed your stay. The chickens have become our number one attraction here I think, really need to get them their own instagram account! Hope to see you again soon, and thanks again for your great review. Kind regards, Team Grampians Pioneer Cottages :)

The chickens have a cult following these days, for both their eggs and their characters, they provide many entertaining moments! Thanks again, we love hearing our guests have enjoyed their stay, and hopefully we will see you...

Had a wonderful stay at Grampian Pioneer Cottages, which could possibly be the summit of our current trip. Aiden was very friendly and helpful. The Redbrick cottage was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children), and could actually sleep another family of 4 comfortably (the queen beds were very comfy); unfortunately our friends could not make it (but a...

Thank you so much for your lovely review, so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. The chickens have really won some fans in their time, I think they may even trump the kangaroos as the most popular animals on the property! I hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels and that we will see you again soon. Kind...

We enjoyed a wonderful short break at Grampians Pioneer Cottages. The unique lodges are comfortable with fabulous views. Wildlife abounds, kangaroos, emus and the friendly resident hens. Barbecue facilities were great and the log fire splendid :) Located just outside Halls Gap with hill walks just a short drive away. Would highly recommend.
