They say you get what you pay for and when we stayed at this caravan park we certainly got more than we expected. We did not expect snow! But we got it! Not exactly in the caravan park but at all the scenic attractions around Halls Gap we had to trudge through snow as children delightedly made snowballs and hurled... More

Thanks for your review Peter. Its alway good to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay. You were very lucky to have been here when its snowed. While it is not unusual to have snow at Mount William which is about 30 minutes drive from us (and a 30 minute hike to the top) it is rare that we get... More

Great place to stay. I worried our cabins would be cold as it was the middle of winter but they were very warm, clean and had wild life literally on the doorstep. Gorgeous setting and very handy to amenities. Just remember to make use of the kitchenettes or communal camp kitchens with groceries you bought in with you as the... More

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your stay at our park. Winter nights can get a little chilly in Halls Gap but all our cabins have heating to make sure our guests are comfortable. A cool winter night does make it great to sit around the campfire and relax though. Our reception does sell bags of... More

We stayed at Halls Gap Caravan Park over the June Queens Birthday Weekend. We loved the park, it was clean and well maintained. It sat at the base of the Grampians which were just stunning to sit and gaze at. A lot of the popular walks actually left from the park, so there was no need to drive. The only... More

Thanks for your comments Paula. Great to hear you enjoyed your stay at our park. The bush walks are a great way to warm up on those cooler winter days and the waterfalls also look great with the wet weather. In regards to the Jumping pillow, earlier this year we also took over the Halls Gap Gardens Caravan Park which... More

We stayed on a powered site for 4 nights and loved every minute there. The Sites are large with a fire pit for those cold nights. There are many friendly Kangaroos roaming the park as it is at the base of the national park. The scenery is breath taking with the Grampions in the back ground. The park is across... More

Thanks Karen for your kind words about your stay at our park. Having a warm fire to relax around at night can be very enjoyable, especially on those cool winter nights. We are very lucky to have so many Kangaroo's come into the park while still being in the centre of town. Having such a range of cafe's and restaurants... More

This park is not just convenient to shops....It offers a slice of the Grampians experience right smack bang in the middle of the mountains. The gorgeous and easy Venus Baths walk is on the doorstep...well it starts at the rear of the park...you can follow it through to The Pinnacle. The kangaroos are relaxed and populous...the cockatoos curious and comfortable... More

What a stunning location. Foot of the mountains, kangaroos hopping around and opposite a fantastic park and the shops. Powered caravan sites are fantastic and love the fire pits. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Toilet blocks were clean and had great water pressure. Have stayed multiple times and will definitely stay again.

We had four days staying in one of their budget park units and couldn't have been happier. The units are neat and clean, have comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, TV, DVD, stove, microwave, toaster etc etc. The grounds are very pleasant and we were often surrounded by kangaroos and wild ducks. Despite the park being very busy it was... More

Thanks Tony for your review. The Kangaroos are very friendly and many guest comment on how many they see around the park and even sometimes sitting right outside the door. Having the shops located nearby can be great to go and get an ice cream after a long bushwalk in the National park. More

We spent a couple of nights on our Grampians road trip here. Things going for it: 1. Prime location in the Grampians and very close to the park entrance. Also sauntering kangaroos and macaws make it a treat for kids. 2. Bathrooms were clean and stocked up with high pressure hot water. Things going against: 1. Absolutely abysmal kitchen facilities.... Had a 3 night package in a 2 bedroom deluxe cabin. There is a fair bit to like about this place. Wildlife everywhere you look which was great for the kids.
