We have enjoyed a one week stay in the lovely Halls Gap Log Cabins. Warm, cosy cabins even when the weather has been extremely cold, wet and windy. There is a slow combustion wood fire as well as split level air conditioning. Each cabin is very private and well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. There are... More

We had a lovely stay in Halls Gap Log Cabins. The bungalows are spotless clean, spacious and well equipped - including a good set of kitchen utensils, and a fireplace (wood and fire starters provided). Our toddler had the best time of his life waking up to see dozens of kangaroos and emus roam around the premises, unconcerned by our... More

We are accommodation owners on the South Coast of Victoria and were looking for the perfect "bookend" to our peak season (26th December - 8th May). We chose to visit the Grampians as it wasn't too far away and the perfect destination to unwind and get away to a different environment to what we are used to!. We were looking... More

Everything about the cabin was perfect except for the beds. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor leaving both my partner and I with extremely sore backs. A romantic weekend away turned into one of us sleeping on the couch and minimal sleep. We spoke to the managers the next morning to see if there were any other rooms... More

Five couples had 3 nights at the cabins, and enjoyed every minute. Accommodation spotless and so roomy, the open fire was a huge plus. The 2 bed unit we had was big enough for all of us to have a meal in comfort together. Rosie and Bart are so accommodating and nothing is a problem, the wildlife around the property... More

We were 2 families with small children, had 2 cabins and stayed 3 nights, wonderful environment ideally situated 1.5 km from town centre and surrounded by kangaroos, cockatoos, deer and emus: a real life zoo... The cabins are spacious and well equipped (just missing a dishwasher!); the kids really enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking... We'll definitely... More

Can say enough good things. Was warmly welcomed by Rosie and Bard, who were just delightfully warm hosts. My room (or should i say house) was perfect. You're a walk away from nearly everything Halls Gap has too offer. Will definitely be back. Thanks Rosie and Bard, see you again. :)

I can't say enough good things about Halls Gap Log Cabins and our hosts, Rosie and Bard! Spacious rooms, a full kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a great meal, a wood burning fireplace and kangaroos everywhere! Rosie and Bard were an absolute delight and are more than happy to go above and beyond to make sure your stay... More

As a wildlife photographer and travel writer a visit to the Grampians is a must. We decided, at the last minute, to stop here, rather than camp in the park as planned. What a pleasant surprise. Close to town, but away from the tourists and in a setting that is just wonderful for couples, families and wildlife lovers. The one... More
