Unfortunately we had only budgeted one night to stay in this lovely place before heading home. Next time we will definitely stay longer. The room was large, clean and very reasonably priced, the lady at reception could not have been more helpful, pointing us to a wonderful restaurant for dinner and answering all our questions. Shops were very close, wildlife...

£55 a night for a well appointed and clean motel style room in this scenic and beautiful location is a good deal and worth an excellent rating. However the couple running the place were less than welcoming and this together with the petty rules that they relayed to us on arrival has resulted in only "very good rating". Do guests...

This motel was wonderful. Large, spacious rooms fully equipped with a pentry. It was probably the most central location in Halls Gap. Really close to the few cafes and restaurants that exist in the village. We felt very welcomed and loved the two nights we spent here. There were kangaroos jumping around all over Halls Gap, also in the motel...

From the time we walked into reception and were shown the type of rooms that were available. The grounds, BBQ's, children's play area were well maintained, even the self contained Deluxe Spa room that we had was in pristine condition. The grounds were a feeding area for Roos and birds of all types. I would highly recommend this establishment for...

The location in town is excellent. The definition of self contained should be redefined. We've stayed at other self contained places in rural Victoria and this place isn't self contained, but semi self contained. It doesn't have a full kitchen and is without a stove/oven. The setting is dated (80s?), but clean and tidy. There is real potential renovation just...

Pleasant accommodation spacious room ideal for family as has small kitchen, indoor swimming pool. Location surrounded by the beautiful scenic grampians. Close to stoney creek eateries. Surrounded by native birds, kangaroo and deer . Short walks nearby and for the energetic the pinnacle climb. A slice of paradise. .

After a fairly sleepless night in our Horsham motel, this was blissfully quiet. Beautiful views of surrounding peaks, kangaroo and duck families visiting the grounds, restaurant and shops very close. Spacious and clean room at a reasonable price, but school holidays were over. Manager gave good assistance with navigating to lookouts and falls.

We felt that we were back in the 80's with face brick, beamed ceiling and beige cupboards and the microwave looked like it was that era too BUT everything was immaculately clean and well maintained and working as it should. The bed was very comfortable - though I cracked my head a few times on a rather unfortunately placed cover...
