We needed to be in Frankston for family reasons over Christmas, and this was all at was left with family style rooms. Our three young adult children stayed in a 2br family apartment which was fine - clean, beds ok, bathroom refurbished recently. We stayed in a studio and would not recommend it. Although very clean, it was very shabby... More

Stayed here for one night with myself and 3 teenagers. We were upgraded to a deluxe two bedroom apartment on the first floor (Room 11) however, the only room renovated to a 'dekuxe' level was the kitchen. Original bathroom/laundry left a lot to be desired.....although I would hate to see what the 'budget' apartment was like. The heater worked well,... More

Be aware that there are two buildings at this complex. One has renovated units and the other is in original "old/tired" condition. The weekend we stayed they were very full and we were put in the non-renovated side. The windows were open and there was no screens as they looked as they had been pulled off, therefore security is a... More

We stayed 3 nights with 2 teenagers. Very cosy and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, the rest is a little tired but beds were comfortable. No ceiling fans in either room and one night was hot, there is an air conditioner but it is in the lounge area so didn't quite reach the bedrooms lucky only one... More

Great value for money. For a small town there were too many over priced options, and many bad reviews for other local motels. So, I was happy to talk direct to this property and get a discounted rate for 3nights. Just stayed in the standard studio, so unfortunately not refurbished but had everything you needed including a much needed heater... More

Stayed here on Christmas night as going to Mum's for dinner and didn't want to risk booze buses! It is basically an originally block of flats which has been converted in a spot very handy to the beach and Frankston central. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and the bathroom in particular is stunning, also contains a washing machine,... More

We stayed in the deluxe first floor apartment too. The kitchen looks newly renovated. Apartment is located very closely to the town centre and Frankston is a very nice place to stay. Our first night was a little unpleasant. The main door could not be locked and it was too late to get someone over to fix it. The staff... More

I stayed in a deluxe first floor apartment. This was very comfortable and spotlessly clean - probably the cleanest place I have stayed in (and that includes many 4 and 5 star hotels!) for some while. Decor is a bit on the old fashioned side but kitchen and bathroom had obviously been renewed lately and were quite smart. The bathroom... More
