We stayed for a week in early September. We had the 2 course dinner and breakfast package. The food was amazing, the best on the mountain. Anne, Keith and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms have everything, tv, fridge, wifi. They are only small but you're only sleeping in them. The facilities are... We spent a week at Summit Ridge and had a fantastic stay. Anne met us when we arrived and was friendly and accommodating. Her husband Keith often had a quick chat with us by the fire and was extremely friendly. The staff were excellent - Kelly, Jordan and Frankie - nothing was too much trouble. We could not possibly fault... More

We stayed with two young kids.(8&11) The rooms are smallish but there is a shared area for the kids as well as a lodge spa which my kids loved. The food was fantastic and the staff very friendly. The location is great as even though the roads were cleared when we stayed the shuttle stop is right next door so... More

Well appointed, first class food and service. Good location. Friendly staff. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Anne was very welcoming on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Our stay was a horrible experience. The rooms downstairs are under the kitchen and restaurant. The noise from these is unrelenting and loud and goes til well past 1030pm and starts again early morning. We were unable to get much sleep due to the noise. The lounge area with the open fireplace is also very rarely open for use. Consider... More

Hi Sonja and I'm sorry you had a poor experience --- we pride ourselves on providing a great experience for guests but you seemed to look for every opportunity to complain despite what we did to appease you and resolve your complaints. The rooms under the restaurant kitchen can be noisy during service but the kitchen is cleaned and finished... More

Amazing dinner. The duck was sensational. Steak was cooked perfectly and not to mention the fondant is to die for. Best restaurant on the mountain. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. A must for a night out. Wine selection is fantastic.

My partner and I stayed for four nights during the school holidays. The moment we walked in we could feel the great vibes and hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and great views! When we sat down for dinner that night we were so glad that we had opted in for the 2 course dinner and... More

First timers at Falls Creek, we had a front facing mezzanine suite next to the family lounge, rather than the rear room requested but the room was quiet despite the Lodge being fully booked( although there were very few children there) and the view to the front was also attractive in heavy snow. Rooms have adjustable heating so not over... More

Stayed here with my daughters last week being the first time we haven't used 'apartment' style accomodation. From the very moment we arrived and met Keith and Anne our hosts, we were made to feel like part of their family. They couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome the whole week. With food included in the cost I couldn't believe... More

We have been going to Summit Ridge for 9 years. This place just keeps getting better and better. Keith and Ann are amazing hosts and their staff are friendly. They make an effort to know you and make sure you're having a great time. Ski in/out is easy because the lodge is high up. The food is amazing. This year... More
