Caravan overnight stay ion the way to Adelaide. Well laid out park, lots of sites where you can stay hitch up. Good facilities, friendly and efficient manager and an easy walk to town for dinner at the hotel. Went for a walk along the river. Would be worth coming here just for the local attractions and the park itself for a longer stay. Overall good value.

Great park. large grassy sites. very well set out. We had an ensuite site. excellent value for money. The park is within walking distance of the town. The cockatoo squawking was great. Loved it. This place has a great relaxed country feel about it. Hopefully we will be able to stay longer next time.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the 5 new cabins when we did the Silo Art Trail recently. Very clean and cosy. The shower is fantastic, but careful when you turn it on, the design means you'll end up with water over the floor if you turn it on before you get in (you'll see what i mean). The only thing I could fault is there is no wardrobe in either of the bedrooms. Also would have been nice if there had've been a couple of chairs and table on the porch to sit and admire the view.
The park is situated right at the entrance to the Little Desert National Park.
I would definitely stay there again, and have recommended it to family.

Dropped in for a an overnighter on the way home from Adelaide. Great park with grassy sites close to the river. Clean amenities, camp kitchens, close to the river, peddle cars for the kids. We will be back.

We stayed here for just one night and really liked it. The park is large so everyone in caravans and tents can spred out. The amenities are clean and relatively modern. There is a lovely river right next to the park with a great fishing pontoon. The bird life is amazing and the air fills with their calling and chattering at dusk. Also close to Great Hotel which has excellent food.
Thank Chewkie

Hi Belinda, We have fire drums available for hire at the Park. They are $15 to hire. Wood is also available. We ask that any fires are kept in the designated drums or camps in the Park. We are still in fire restrictions... More
