If you can get your head around all the dolls everywhere and get down to basics, this quaint little b and b has everything you need. A very comfortable bed, a good powerful shower and a very decent breakfast... the owners were very pleasant and helpful too. If you are travelling extensively and have a lot of luggage perhaps room...

I was taken here by my partner on a surprise night away in Beechworth. Our host was most welcoming and friendly and was very clear about how to access the room and house and how to order breakfast etc....Our room was very traditional with lace and floral everywhere. We shared the room with multiple teddy bears and dolls - some...

The Rose Cottage is truly a step back in time with a magnificent collection of Victoriana. The place is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Our friends and I really enjoyed our cooked to order breakfasts which were taken in a dining room overlooking the gardens. I was disappointed that the rooms did not have a little fridge...

We were warmly welcomed by Tony and shown to our room. It was wonderfully decorated and everywhere you looked there was something interesting to talk about. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had been remodelled to include a spa bath, which my wife enjoyed. The breakfast was well done. Everything was laid out ready for when you arrived....

The B&B is beautifully decorated and surrounded by a rambling garden. The decorations and bed linen were amazing and added to the comfort and serenity of the stay. A great breakfast was left for our convenience (the owners were away) and we really felt rested in our 'walk down memory lane'. The closeness to the amazing town of historic Beechworth...

The breakfast was excellent and the rooms for our use were decorated in a delightful Tudor Rose style. There are three separate rooms with their own ensuite as well as a lounge and separate dining room. Parking is on...

Very close to the town centre (about three minute walk), a very good breakfast, beautifully cooked to order, and well presented. Lyn & Tony make sure that your stay is a memorable event – they live in a unit at the back and the main house is given over to four en-suit bedrooms, a dining room and sitting room. The...
