My partner and I stayed here on our first night as part of our Tour de Vines rail trail from Beechworth to Bright. Sheila and John were so welcoming and lovely, I felt like I was staying with mum and dad! They provided the perfect balance of looking after everything but ensuring we had privacy also. Was really hot when...

My daughter and I stayed her for an overnight visit on our way back from Melbourne to Canberra. We had a lovely stay, loved the beautifully decorated house, our host Sheila and John were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Room and beds were very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, location was great. Short walk to the shops and...

Lovely little B&B with rooms for 4 couples. The hosts John & Shelia are very attentive and helpful. We stayed in the Blueberry Suite and really appreciated the extra space and the private breakfast & sitting area. The room was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean with generous hanging space. A great base if you want to arrive, park and then...

My husband & I spent 2 nights at this beautiful B & B. Sheila & John, our hosts, were wonderful and we had lots of chats. We were thoroughly spoilt with the afternoon tea arrival etc. Our room was fantastic and must say the bed was very comfortable and the best I have slept in for a long time. The...

We spent a night here on our way from Wollongong to Melbourne as part of a relocation. From the moment that Sheila greeted us in the driveway we knew we made the right choice. Genuinely beautiful people who willingly shared information about the town, the restaurants, surrounding districts and the attractions of this very special part of the world. After...

Shiela & John couldn't do enough for us, plenty of advice about Beechworth and the surrounding district. Comfortable accommodation in a turn of the century cottage. Very generous breakfast and afternoon tea. Would recommend.

Had a Fri/Sat night stay at Foxgloves and can very highly recommend it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to see and where to eat. We took up their suggestion of a meal at Press Room and a drive through the high country and lunch in Bright. The B&B is beautifully set up and very...

A turn of the century (the previous one!) beauty with modern conveniences (bathroom and wifi). John and Sheila are perfect hosts and her breakfasts are to die for. Walking distance into town to explore this former gold rush area, and of course, to hear more about Ned Kelly!

We had a great stay at Foxgloves over the Easter weekend! Sheila and John were warm & hospitable hosts. We booked the upstairs room which had its own seating area. lt like we were home away from home... The location of the B&B was very convenient - near the main streets where we were given excellent recommendations for dinner. Our...

John and Sheila are welcoming hosts who happily provide advice on the local and surrounding areas. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and Sheila provides many little personal touches to make your stay special. The breakfasts provided are second to none - they're just fantastic. Its central location makes it ideal as everything is within a pleasant walking distance....
