This is a top notch campground with RV fhu sites, cabins and tent sites. Bath house is all tiled and heated for winter use. Swim pond, hiking and UTV trails. Bring your own UTV or rent one. There are over 500 acres with trails to explore. Waterfalls and caves on the trails

Stopped by on a Thursday to check out the 4X4 trails. We were told they are very nice by the check in employee. So we prepaid to reserve a 4 wheeler for the next Wednesday. Showed up on Wednesday and the trails were closed and had been since Sunday due to storm damage. They

Hi Terri, I'm very sorry you had a bad experience and had to waste your day driving all that way. We had begun implementing the process of calling all UTV renters in the morning of their reservation if we have to close the trails, but I just checked your reservation and we don't have your phone number or an email for you. We will now begin highly recommending people leave their phone number for circumstances like this. Trails are only closed for our guests' safety, as they can become very dangerous when too wet. I hope this clears up any confusion, and would also like to state we are primarily a campground; the trails are definitely "very nice", but having someone hurt themselves has proven to lead to a worse day than driving out of your way. Secondly, we do keep the website updated as to the trails' condition. Our website states at the very top left of every page whether the trails are currently open or not. This is an unfortunate, but necessary, action required for allowing riders on our 730 acres of trails in the Cumberland Plateau. I hope you understand, and also do hope to see your guys in the future!

Check in is an excruciatingly long process requiring all parties to produce drivers licenses and to sign documents. Makes for really hot animals in the vehicle. Everybody is very friendly, the grounds are outstanding, the views are amazing, and this young couple has done an

Hi Lisa, we spoke with our lawyer regarding the paperwork and we now only require one person per party to display their license and sign in. Please also note this is a one-time process and doesn't need to be repeated for future visits. This has greatly expedited the check-in process, so we are very happy about that and thought you might too! Thank you very much for your review and voicing your concerns!
