We booked this resort through wotif, it looked amazing, the photos were great. We paid about $260 for one night. When we arrived at our room, the cleaners had just finished doing the room. As we entered, the foul odour was overpowering - it was as if we had just entered a really bad restaurant, the smell was so heavy... More

My husband booked this 'Resort' as a surprise 2 nights away for our little family. If only he had read the TripAdvisor reviews first!! We stayed in a spa room. The spa was missing jets, looked old and I think was in need of maintenance, because of this we didn't use the spa function. Instead, we used it to bath... More

when initially walking in to the room after we had checked in we dropped our bags had a glimpse of the room which seemed clean and went out for the rest of the day; later that nice we arrived back pulled the dooner back to find hairs and blood stains on our sheets, the single bed bowed in half and... The check in process was pitiful, there was not anyone there (at 5pm on a Tuesday), when the bloke did arrive he was in his tennis outfit (taking 10 minutes to get to us rather than the 2 he promised). The steam room has MOULD in it! We were told the kitchen closed at 8:30, we went to eat at... More

I booked my 2 older son's here for an overnight stay a few weeks ago and they raved about it, so when I needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights this weekend I looked no further. We stayed in the 2 Bed Deluxe Apartment which cost $450 per night. For this rate I'd expect rooms to be made up each... More

At $800 for 3 nights our 1 bedroom apartment (advertised with kitchenette) was a huge disappointment. We could only presume that someone before us had cleaned out the apartment of all of its crockery, most of its cutlery, all but two mismatched and dirty water glasses, all tea and coffee ingredients and its complimentary personal soaps. With the exception of... More

I've emailed the hotel as I really hoped they would take on board my feedback. Heard nothing. Room dirty on arrival, swarm of flies on deck, buzzing fridge, sofa bed like nails, cockroach, spiders, no ventilation, cold pool, disorganised, no bedding for sofa, no portacot on arrival, portacot had rubbish in it. The only good things about this hotel are... More

Bring your own Exit Mould, dustpan and broom. On arrival we we're told the pool was going to be fixed the following day. Didn't happen the whole time we were there. Not even a salad bowl with the crockery. Room was barely serviced. Barely any Foxtel channels. Told to put out our rubbish and recycling (no worries) only to find... More

We booked one night here in late December. We left at 5pm. The room cost $350 for one night. That is probably to be expected at that time of year but the following is not: 1. The room has a 'window' but it is frosted and you can't see out of it. 2. It opened a little at the top... More

Lets get things straight! Yes $350.00 is not cheap however it was for a 1 night stay over the busiest week of the year where we normally have minimum stays of 3-5 nights. Our twin rooms which you booked do have frosted windows and was a requirement from council which is actually stated on the website. You checked in at... More

As we did not have a car we chose this place for its proximity to bus stop, walking tracks and distance to shops.was pleasantly surprised that we were next door to a Shell service station that had all essential food items at a good price. We were also across the road from river and and sea.Nice indoor pool although a little... More
