Resort style accommodation on the Great Ocean Road. All Villas are self contained, no room service. Family friendly atmosphere with a nightly noise curfew of 10pm.
There was six of us ladies that thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous time. Nothing was too much trouble for Sue who I might add was outstanding. We were a group of tennis players and one lady left her runners behind, when Sue found out she had a pair that fitted perfectly. This resort is just beautiful, and we certainly made good use of the tennis court, bbq and swimming pool. Very close walking distance to restaurents and the Airey's Pub. We will definately be going back.

Peaceful, beautiful, walking distance to shops, sea cliffs, and lighthouse. Easy access off the Great Ocean Road. Hostess was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Villa surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Villa had very comfortable setup.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a solo getaway and chill out. Checkout was efficient and I thought when I arrived that I wouldn't have much privacy as the accommodations were all quite close together. However, the place was well designed from the windows (you couldn't see in if you were outside), the planting (landscape design was clever) and positioning of outside entertaining areas. A very big surprise for me was the beautiful big bath. With kitchen facilities and all the home comforts (including a gas fire), it was very cosy indeed. I was able to walk every day along the coast and re-charge but knowing the Great Ocean Road, the venue was also a short drive to busier hubs like Lorne and Anglesea. I got exactly what I needed from this trip. If you're staying off season, make sure and bring supplies with you as not much is open during the week.…

Had a couple of nights here with one child and stayed in one of the Deluxe 2bed villas (7). It was sooo nice, good value and perfectly located with easy access to the cliff walks, lighthouse and the pub. Host Sue seems to give it the extra touch as the villa was immaculate and so well appointed. Quiet and really leafy surrounds too made the afternoon siestas a joy and the evening red by the fireplace topped off the vibe. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting, close walking distance to all the local attractions. Well set out apartment with all your basic needs considered. Lovely view sitting on the balcony at number 11, all the native plants and trees and lots of beautiful visiting birds every now and again. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in Studio Apartment 11 for two nights mid June and found it spotlessly clean and well laid out. Upon our arrival our host, Sue, greeted us warmly and explained what facilities were available in light of coronavirus restrictions. She had turned on the heating to warm the apartment in advance of our arrival - such a welcome touch on a cold wintry day. The location is ideal, within a short walk of the coastal track, the Airey's Inlet Lighthouse and its nearby cafe and between the two sets of shops. Good value for a mid-week stay.

We stayed in Studio 11 recently. A lovely light and spacious room, well equipped kitchenette and a really large wrap around balcony. It is a stone's throw from the great Airey's Pub, plus an easy walk to the Lighthouse and Willow's Cafe, as well as the cliff walk. Inlet, Steppy and Sandy Gully beaches are also short walks away. Centrally located between the top shops and the river shops too. This is a wonderful place for a short or less short stay - beautifully maintained. This is our 4th visit.

This great little place exceeded our expectations, what can be better than a great villa, comfortable beds and accommodation. Accommodating yet unobtrusive staff, great facilities. It’s set out really well, you forget you have neighbours, it’s close to both sets of shops, close to the beach and with only a few villas, you don’t have to fight for pool space, in fact we swam alone like it was a private pool. Lovely trees and lawns, clean pool and spa. We highly recommend

The purpose of our trip was to come down to experience the Great Ocean Road "I am 100" festivities. As I have stayed here before, I knew Aireys Inlet Getaways would be my first choice in accommodation. We have had enjoyable stays in the past and this one was as fantastic as the rest. Staying in villa 11 with my son, we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the resort after busy days of driving and enduring crowds of people. Coming back after long days the deep and spacious bath was a lovely way to relax, whilst my son enjoyed the pool and spa area (it was difficult to encourage him to leave the area). Everything was spotlessly clean as we arrived and the beds very comfortable and warm to slumber in. The unit was stylish and well appointed with nothing lacking. Yes there are rules about cleaning up after yourself, but hey, I was raised right and to be tidy, not expecting anyone to clean up any mess I made. It's simply a decent thing to do. I can highly recommend this place to stay. I am sure you will have an amazing time. Keep an eye out for the local cockatoos and other local birds. They are fascinating creatures to observe. …

We stayed in apartment 11. It was very well appointed for 2 people with generous amounts of space in all areas. Bathroom was very nice with a very large bath and good sized shower. Sue was a delight to deal with and very helpful about the local area. The grounds are very well kept and we enjoyed being visited by the local birdlife which were very tame!

Hi Guys Thanks for the review. Hope your long plane trip home wasn`t too tiring! Studio 11 (upstairs) is the favorite for many new and returned guests. Its outlook over the Resort and its sense of privacy makes it very popular. May see you again one day, you never know! sue
