Had a lovely night at the hotel, check in was nice and easy, rooms are quiet and dark, bathroom was nicer than I expected, bed was so comfortable, maybe take your own pillows because the one I had was hard and high and hurt my neck, but that's ok, poor aircon was struggling but it was a 40degree day, buffet...

Room was adequate. Average size for Ibis. Clean, serviced. We were very happy with the room. Reception desk was very friendly, courteous and helpful. No problems. Will stay again. Convieniently located near railway station. Plenty of parking. Only problem is air conditioner was too noisy to leave on all night, and it was hot.

Travelling from Gold Coast to Melbourne I found the Ibis Hotel Thornleigh was perfect for an overnight stay. Plenty of parking and a good in-house restaurant. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Just down the road, there is a good choice of restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Can thoroughly recommend the Ibis at Thornleigh.. Clean room ,very comfortable bed ,good location, and friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Particular thanks to Miriam this stay, who ,despite our very late arrival ,still greeted us with a friendly smile and couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We often stay at this hotel. On this occasion, the second night the one following the hottest night ever in Sydney, the air conditioner was obviously turned off! We were unable to open the window due to road works being completed. The air conditioner has been off during the night before but resumes operation early in the morning, but not...

Don't normally stay in the Thornleigh area, however, this hotel was close to my meeting venue. Hotel is quite basic, does have a bar/restaurant that certainly does breakfast and dinner. Room was not large, but is adequate, with a good size work area, which was nice as many hotels these days a lacking this. Bathroom is one of these modular...

Stayed here as accommodation is at a premium being so close to Christmas. Am a member of the Le Accor Club so booked the Ibis to stay somewhere decent while in Sydney. Honestly, they aren't quite up to standard with the other hotels in the Accor group. The hotel is ok, but very basic. The rooms are TINY with more...

I am a paying Accor member and they were mean in offering what I normally receive as included. Room was not properly cleaned. Telephone did not work. Place has deteriorated since I last stayed - don't know whether there has been a change in management but there has in attitude
