HI,This is a beautiful property ,opened in 2017 with great staff ,clean, friendly,little to complain about ,after travel for the last 40 years world wide to some of the beautiful places,Paris,New York ,Singapore and staying in wonderful properties.I thought that someone had finally got it right with a great deal of detail, but not flashy just well presented for the market with a large investment.BUT, There beds are not even average in the normal rooms , the most important thing is a good night sleep when you are not in your own bed, no more writing pads, no more coffee pods, staff at reception are very helpful ,There so many problems at this property that I can not list them all,This hotel has a lot of competition now and in the near further ,should be running like a Swiss Watch smooth and Quite on at least 80% ,This is a wonderful property but needs to be run professionally and thinking of the Guest. The best advertising is word of mouth, we have recommended many people to this wonderful property,We hope they can get this back on track with a Professional operator like the hotels in Asia.

Sahil Kumar executive chef takes great care of me . I come for breakfast everyday to the hotel and it feels like home, great food and great service .... I love coming here . Even the other staff is good but chef takes personal care of all my needs - even the other waitresses are good. Love the restaurant and the food ... 5 stars .... keep it up chef sahil.... you are the best .

Branksome hotel was above our expectations, the room was large, everything needed was there, fantastic housekeeping, clean, modern, absolutely comfy king sized bed, great view, close to the airport, minimal air plane or traffic noise, and no noises heard from outside the room, total silence.staff were friendly helpful and professional, easy check in, parking available on site or on street with plenary of lighting for safety....we will return again. Too good to pass up when visiting Sydney or picking up or dropping people to and from the airport ..shuttle bus from hotel door.in house dining roof top bar and happy hour ,,,very pleasant all round.

Branksome brands itself as a 5 star hotel when in reality it’d a stretch to call it a 4 star. My room was not thoroughly cleaned on check-in, the bathroom floor was wet. The shower water pressure also leaves much to be desired. Housekeeping must have left my sheets on the floor during changing because my sheets became even dirtier. Would not recommend.

After seeing so many 5 star reviews I had high expectations. I was thoroughly disappointed with the stark and cold interiors as well as the unfriendly staff service. It was horrible until over 3 weeks after check out I still hadn’t received my room deposit back. I had been advised on many occasions by the on duty manager that they had filed this however I finally called my bank and they said no paperwork or request of refund had been processed. I do not call the service received anywhere near 5 star.
