4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 days ago NEW via mobile

We recently used The Outback Lodge as home base for a friends bachelor party. The rooms were clean and bright, although a little basic in its amenities. The location is pretty good, being about 1 Km from the wharf and closer to the beach. Beds are not the most comfy and the TVs are on the small side, but certainly... More

This is a lovely little lodge right in the heart of Manly. It is literally a 3-4 minute walk to the beachfront and a 7-10 minute walk to the restaurants and cafes in the heart of the town. My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room itself, whilst simple, was ok and the bed was comfortable... More

Located less than a 10 minute walk away from main beach - it was a perfect spot! I stayed in a small cottage and the toon quality was excellent and a good size for a couples. Great location, and perfect for families, couples, or solo travellers wishing to stay central!

Quite residential street. Loads of buses on Pittwater Road going everywhere. Ferry every half-hour to Sydney Circular Quay. I stayed in the Cottage and found it to have everything one could wish for - I was very pleased with having chosen it. It is an easy walk (15 minutes for me as I am somewhat slower than some) down to... More

Very rude management. Asked 3 times to have TV fixed. Was ignored. They even had audacity to say problem was fixed. Arrogant and money hungry establishment with terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!! As a well travelled air hostie who has stayed in accommodation worldwide, this would rank in my bottom 3 (out of 200)

Yes it sure was wild and windy tried to do some site seeing but decided to stay inside our 1 bedroom apartment and watch movies - it was warm, well equipped with kitchen and hot shower. It s close to beach, easy to get into the city by ferry - our journey was rough a few times which made for... More

Had a lovely stay here. Self contained studio was clean and comfortable. Very close to beach, shops and markets. Nice and quiet at night. Very helpful staff with our late checkin requirements. Unusual entrance to unit but easy access. Highly recommend for budget travellers.

The location is great, and the room was comfortable. Just like Fawlty Towers. The Manager was completely out of her depth in dealing with my workmates and I when we checked in. Despite paying when booking, and having the printed confirmations, one of my workmates was told that there was no booking for her, and she would have to pay... More

10 mins walk from the manly ferry Nice and quiet at night and so close to all that Manly offers. There is a shared bathroom but that is no problem at all. Had a great stay and will be back if I'm ever in Manly again.
