I stayed here for a night for a work meeting. Q Station is set out like a small village with different clusters of buildings spread around a reasonably large area. The rooms are modern even though the buildings are very old. There are a couple of different restaurants on site. It would be a good place for a business retreat... More

Very quiet and relaxed. Breakfast was very nice ( but not included). No toilet and bathroom in the room, only a sink. There was a shared one outside. Nice setting in these original barracks. The museum was down the hill and told you all about the location.

The Q Station in Manly is one of Sydney's hidden gems. It's a hotel in a National Park. If you are looking for hustle and bustle of the city, with lights and traffic and sirens going off- then this is not for you. The Q Station offers quietness, harbour views, tranquility, peaceful walks and a living history of Sydney's past.... More

Saturday 16th July Furs'n formal dinner. 25 people stayed in the hotel 31 to dinner in Boilerhouse restaurant. Blokes in formal attire, girls dressed to the max in furs too. A number of us had the cottages - S15 has the best view- fantastic value, good breakfast, not far from the city, amazing location, comfortable, drinks in the 1st class... More

We (my husband, toddler son and myself) visited Q Station for 2 nights over a weekend. Beautiful setting, nice places to go for walks, and friendly service. However, unfortunately the shuttle bus service is a let down (you have to leave your car up in the carpark and get driven in the bus to your room). Shuttles are meant to... More

This is a great location for a week-end away in Sydney. Love the way they have used the old quarantine station in its original state and made it into a hotel. Apartments are well equipped and functional. Sit out on the deck and enjoy magnificent views of the harbour.

Took advantage of a two night Groupon deal so got a good price. Included Buffett breakfast (large selection) and the room had great views from the verandah. The room was clean and modern with all necessary facilities. The location is great with lots of history, much to see. All the staff were friendly and professional and our stay was going... More

A family trip that was wonderful in terms of a lovely cottage, beautiful setting and great service - EXCEPT for the restaurant which really let down the whole occasion. Despite spending nearly $500 in the restaurant we were told we couldn't have dessert as the kitchen staff were too busy with mains for other guests. The wait was nearly 2... More

A great place to retreat. It was so quiet and the views were fabulous. Easy to get to Manly but we managed to fill our time exploring the QStation and North Head. The accommodation was well priced and the little extras in the Guest Lounges wre great. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
