Stayed at the Killara Inn one night a week for six weeks as was having medical treatment nearby. ..The room is $120.00 a night.Basic but clean and very good value for the situation . Don't expect 4* its not . Management is efficient and cheerful. Good Indian restaurant on site

We checked into this place, yes low rating but we had an event close by and did not want to travel far. We went to hang our clothes and the cupboard was in such a state. If this was the case, what else was wrong. We immediately left cancelling without refund as they only offered another room. Could not stay...

What is it with Sydney hotels these days they look like halfway houses but charge top dollar. Our room was dated, no info in the rooms at all about the hotel, the area, or the restaurant etc not a thing. It was the worst night sleep I have ever had the pillow (which there were only 3 for a queen...

This is the worst and the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. The hotel was pretty old and there was no cleaning at all. Even though the hotel is old if they maintained and cleaned the hotel, it would've been a pleasant stay. They had no concept of housekeeping and hospitality. When I checked in the room, the bathroom was dirty....

To those who complain - do you really know how lucky you are? Killara Inn is close to the city, conveniently close to great restaurants and local facilities, surrounded by beautiful sub-tropical gardens, has minimal noise from traffic, beautiful views, very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent customer service, excellent beds. The motel is in a good suburb which is safe,...

I booked 7nights via Agoda.com and on my booking ID email, it clearly states the Cancellation Policy. It says, no show, forfeit first night. So I missed the check in on the first day. I rang them straight away 7pm next day to request the no show cancellation policy but the Manager refused and said 7nights charge applies. I was...

Our hosts are friendly and accomodating, upgrading our room as a courtesy. The room itself is in good condition and has been partially renovated to include the retro style gold embroidered bedspread and beech trim furniture, with a modern bathroom, mini bar and large tv. Its very comfortable and has a good split AC system. Its quiet within the rooms,...

I first stayed at what was the Killara Motor Inn in 1968, as a pre-teen it was very exciting...especially having breakfast delivered in the morning. Now I'm a tad more cynical. The decor has changed from '68, but not by much more than the addition of a colour TV and updated bathroom. The mattress was not good, the mini bar...

credit card abuse - my husband suffers Parkinson's and he accidently dribbled when he was taking his first medication of the day. The Killara Inn Housekeeping was non existent and not only didn't they change the linen, but they charged $100 extra for washing that pillow case claiming that it was damage to property. Plus they were totally unsympathetic to...
