We had a short stay at the Sole Miami in the Ocean Front suite. The room had a great view with extended balcony that went from the bedroom to the living room which was great... The room needed some upkeep as there was chipped tile on the floor, the dining table had chipped “wood” on the table top and the stainless refrigerator was rusted... Minimal complaints for this room which the view definitely made up for... The suite was fully equipped with cooking pots, eating utensils and plates, dishwasher and washer dryer...

Room very small, just a very low level room for the price point. They are at a Jw Marriot turnberry price point with a less than spring hill suites experience...

The reception had given us our keys and basically just listed off everything we had to pay at the end (Heads up resort fee is $40 + tax which is around $45 per night ontop of a $100 per night holding security fee)... we were just billed more than we were told and not even told when check out was complete the receptionist just carried on typing and didn't even acknowledge us after we had just paid all that money (not even thank you) No goodbye when leaving the hotel... The service in this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced and I think this hotel is very overpriced, not good for tourists and very rude staff...

Booked a room online paid for it when I booked. When I arrived to check in I was told I would be charged like 40 dollars a day for hotel fees then another 40 dollars a day because I have a car... I should’ve been made aware of these fees before I even paid for the room... These random fees at check in ruined the experience for me... I just think it’s ridiculous that I am paying 300+ just for 2 nights in a huge building that does not even have microwave for guests... With that being said I will not be booking again since I had to go hungry...

...This is a very nice hotel, but the first thing that's hits you is why the separate resort fee? We stayed only 2 nights prior to a cruise and didn't use their facilities apart from the wi-fi... At check-in it was stated that the fee was mandatory... The fee covered use of the beach and chairs, beach towels and wi-fi... Overall a pleasant stay but you should have a choice of paying the resort fee if it's separate...

The beach was the best part, private to the hotel with guys who set you up nicely with a clean terry chair cover and fresh towels...

We had the best service at Solè Miami. Upon arrival (we had just come straight from the airport) we were able to check-in early and enjoy the entire day at the resort... We also were upgraded to a partial ocean view room at no charge... This rarely seems to happen at any resort anymore and it made our experience amazing and we felt the Juan Carlos went above and beyond our expectations... He was very friendly and wanted us to enjoy our time there... We did a package where we also got breakfast and 2 drinks included which I highly recommend... We enjoyed our drinks at the bar before dinner and had great service... Overall, this hotel provided outstanding customer service and we really appreciated giving our business to an establishment that cares about how their clients are treated...

Was very satisfied and enjoyed my recent stay at Sole... The staff was professional, attentive, friendly, provided great customer service, and ensured you felt like a valued customer...

The moment Solé Miami’s door was opened for us by the noticeably attentive concierge, an perfectly suited aroma from the lobby wafted though my nostrils... We were met by the friendliest front desk staff but noticed particularly how very professional they were... There was no mistaking that Lara and Princess really seem to love what they do... Lara even went the extra mile and looked at the forecasting to determine if she could upgrade our room, which she did... Five Star service from the start!... Well, all wasn’t so well during our stay but when you have polite and pleasant staff, willing to accommodate their guests to whatever extend possible, our problems quickly vanished as Lara and Princess were clearly more concerned with our comfort and peace of mind than focusing on the problem... Needless to say, they still handled remedied our concern with grace and professionalism... When dinner time came around, we visited the front desk to inquire about places to dine... We learned that Lara has only been in the country for approximately 45days but still ensured that she learned the area and was able to recommend great places to dine... If I had my druthers, I’d have management have Lara train all new hires on what the gold standard of service is and what it entails; she is the quintessential curator of the profession of hospitality... The bartender, Christina, was fantastic and the housekeeping staff was amazing!...

...Friendly and efficient staff, clean spacious rooms, a lovely pool with a little heating in December... Just don't eat at the Baleen because it takes them an hour to prepare toast and they pretend not to know anything about the happy hour that is advertised all over the hotel and the website...

Upon check-in Lara, was welcoming with her cheerful smile and very helpful in getting me settled and in a wonderful room... The valet quickly helped me with my car and on sight parking... My stay was for a seminar which was in an oceanfront room catered by the hotel... Drinks at the bar were delightful with a bartender that cares about how you like it...

Compared to some US amenity fees the $37 a day here is good value for beds on beach, towels, Wi-Fi and gym/ spa access... Staff were all very friendly also and professional... Beach was amazing and right on the doorstep, but pool whilst not massive was good too... The area has some eateries close by, a mix of domino’s, to local Cuban and Spanish restaurants...

We got a package that included breakfast, beach towels/chairs/umbrella, two cocktails per day, and a $25 statement credit per day for each room... Aventura mall a short drive away... maid service doesn't speak English, but if you are lucky, you'll get one who does and then you can ask for extra towels...

...Beautiful beach and good location because we could walk to restaurants... There are 3 elevators and one did it work for the 3 days we were there... Another 10 minute wait for the elevator to get our keys reactivated... I understand they have a place to shower and change if you have a late flight but I felt they were sneaky about the rate change and could have done a little something...

...I had a 2 BR suite ocean view. There was a balcony with one plastic chair on it... The shower was so cheap that you had to spin the cover to align it and turn on the water... We were here for a 50th birthday party and had 10 rooms...

We had a short stay at the Sole Miami in the Ocean Front suite. The room had a great view with extended balcony that went from the bedroom to the living room which was great... Minimal complaints for this room which the view definitely made up for... The suite was fully equipped with cooking pots, eating utensils and plates, dishwasher and washer dryer... We had direct beach access and the resort fee included beach chairs towels and umbrellas...

...These charges were for a "resort convenience fee and the valet" that I don't have the choice to use or not...
