The towel situation was pitiful. I had to beg for clean towels on a daily basis. Once when I asked for a clean towel in order to take a shower the lady got very sassy with me. They come in and take your towels while you are out of the room and do not replace them that day. So if you take a shower at night your first day there you are screwed for the rest of the trip. The towels do not cover larger people and the pool towels look like they came from the bargain bin at the local Goodwill. Oh and there are so many random additional fees you may as well add an extra $25 per day ($50 if you are parking) to your budget. The $16 daily resort fee only applies to the aforementioned Goodwill bargain bin towels. The restaurant and hot tub are not open despite advertisements for such on their website. Forget having hot water and water pressure as well while you are there. There was no breakfast or coffee which were both advertised. Finally the guy at the front desk was horribly rude don't even bother calling the front desk. They will not resolve your issues. They will tell you however that you get what you pay for. In this case it was the view and the location which were both excellent.…
It’s in a great location no doubt, but definitely could use a good make over and a bigger parking lot. The MacArthur Causeway is near by with easy access on and off Miami Beach. Aventura Mall is 10 min away.
My friends and I came for a weekend! Place was a dump, the pictures aren’t what it looks like. No towels for showers, hair in our shower, dirty sheets, poop on the elevator floor, rude staff, nasty unsanitary restaurant. Don’t stay!
that was a family vacation for spring break, the hotel was a huge disappointment. Barely functional. they even charge a resort fee, they do not qualify as a resort. Peeling paint everywhere, smells like weed and extremely rude people working at the front desk. if you can please stay somewhere else. All the prior reviews are very true. Will never stay there again. Found somebody else hair on the pillow, no room service at all.
Yo, if this joint was good enough for Derek and the Dominoes after recording "Layla", sufficient for the Allman Brothers while working on "Idlewild South" and medicinal for Dr. John after toiling over "Gumbo" then it's more than enough for you! Enjoy!
