In a prime spot right by the Estuary and the Castle with good estuary views.Though right in the centre, Tre-Bentir is an oasis of calm. An unpretentious modern bungalow with the surprise of (two) right- up- to- date minimalist -styling light and airy loft rooms, ours with a small balcony. The owner, Sarah's, art adds positive character to the rooms.... More

Location could not be bettered: beside the castle in the village centre, and yet with a view across the estuary. Our room was modern & airy with windows looking out to sea. And a little balcony with french windows. Would choose it again if going to Laugharne. Very reasonably priced too.

Tried to book this B& B last year but not possible due to the high tide expected- the road floods. However we were very pleased to be able to book this year to visit friends in the area. We would agree with all previous reviewers that the accommodation is fantastic and Sarah was very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The... More

A group of four of us stayed one night and we can highly recommend this B&B. It is located on the Wales Coastal Path in the picturesque town of Laugharne. The two double rooms were clean and comfortable. Both rooms are ensuite and each has it's own small balcony. We enjoyed the self-service breakfast with a good selection of organic... More

We booked to stay the night knowing we would be going to The Cors for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The owner, Sarah, is lovely and just lets you get on with the stay without any interference. She has converted the roof space of her bungalow into 2 ensuite rooms and there is a separate entrance so that you... More

Just back from a great stop-over at Tre Bentir for a weekend of celebrations for Dylan Thomas's centenary. Handily located in middle of Laugharne, and near the river, the room has its own separate entrance through a lovely garden. All breakfast material provided, although you make it yourself – which wasn't a problem in the least for us. One thing:... More

Just perfect, right by the estuary, modern and stylish, spotless, everything you needed was provided. Sarah was a very welcoming hostess and full of local knowledge. Really comfortable bed. A little balcony to sit out and super views. Just round the corner from Dylan Thomas' boathouse.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B right in the middle of the unique village of Laugharne. The host, Sarah, was extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodation bright, spacious, spotlessly clean with newly fitted facilities. Materials are provided to make your own breakfast; Tre Bentir represents excellent value for money.
