We were trying to find an affordable option for a business trip. We picked this one, wish we'd paid 3 times as much some where else! We got there and the sign did not even say Quality Inn! The clerk was very nice, she gave us our room key. When we opened the door to the NON-smoking room, we were... More

My Rooms was dirty. Blood was in the toilet and tub. Mole all on the refrigerator, dust on the vent and mole throughout the visitor booklet. They refuse to refund my money. They told the police to escorted me off the premises. I was told I could pay to have the rooms recleaned. Lola, Milwaukee, WI

This is a budget hotel. It's a decent place to stay, considering how much it costs. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is a pool and free breakfast offered. The rooms are nothing fancy. In fact, they need to be repaired or renovated. This hotel was probably really great 20 years ago, but it's age is starting to show.... More

We stayed there going to a funeral. I booked on line with quality inn through choice hotels. This is the nastiest, dirtiest hotel. Dirt room smell so bad bathroom broken finally got into a room not as bad but cracked unfinished Sheetrock in bathroom. Breakfast terrible. Definitely do not recommend

Basically clean except for bath tub. It was gritty with hair in it. First there were 4 lamps but only two light bulbs. We just kept moving them back and forth. A few times the room would smell like sewage for no reason. Electrical outlet by the bed didn't work. Sheets and blankets stained. On our second day the room... More

Very dirty. Floors, bathroom, bed. Washcloth - you could see the brown on it! Told front desk and was told "you should of come and got another one". No apology for having nasty linens. No refund. Nothing. We got to Millington once a month. Never will stay there again!!

Stayed here over the Christmas holiday while visiting family that stay within 2 miles. Check in was awesome and smooth even tho i checked in after midnight the clerk was happy to see me and even knew my name! The room was a different story. It was very aged, outlets looked highly damaged, the sheets had brown and yellow stains... More

This is one of those hotels that if you need a room and not much else then its ok. The room was clean and very much in order. TV selection is a little wanting but not bad. Breakfast is wanting with a very small space to eat breakfast. Its far better to go to Ryan's up the road a 3/4... More

when we arrived, it seemed as though this hotel needed some overall help. after we got to our room, that feeling was solidified. we had a 2nd floor room, and every one of the 3 different sets of stairs had a short step, making carrying luggage quite dangerous. usually the steps are evenly spaced, but i guess this hotel hadn't... I've been to quite a few Quality Inns and this one doesn't rate in the top 10. Very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness. Staff seems to be on top of their cleaning moving from room to room, however it seems like the way they're cleaning the rooms are quick but not getting the basics. Comforters weren't clean, floors smelled... More
