My husband, 4 month old daughter and I stayed here as a last minute booking. The staff were fantastic having a cot prepared and offered room service since we couldn't make a sit down meal in the restaurant. We stayed in a splendid room and it had an ample sized living room (a lamp didn't work and neither did the...

Excellent hospitality with contemporary rooms and beautiful food with a fabulous view across the estuary. In the grounds is a ruined medieval church. We visited in the depths of winter and found the location to be magical. It must be truly awesome in the summer with lovely relaxing walks in the beautiful grounds. We read some of the critical reviews...

We booked for a last minute weekend away and found everything at Slebech to be very agreeable. The staff were happy to accommodate a very late check in and we found the room we booked in the Granary cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning in the restaurant was a pleasure with a great range of buffet and menu choices....

Initially signs were good. Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was looking forward to my 5 nights here. Check in was good. The room very pleasant. Food on the first night good and even brought to my room, which was lovely. It all went down hill from there! Supper on a subsequent night was dreadful. The waitress had...

Well Christmas is the festival of Fairy tails and I am afraid this seems to be what this review is. We had absolutely no negative comments or highlighted issues during this guests 5 day stay Again we received no negative feedback during the 3 visits to our 2 Rosette restaurant and I am confident in the fine food and service...

Like some of the earlier reviews say, this is more of a restaurant with rooms (17 of them, and some more being developed), than a hotel. Don't let that put you off though if you want a quiet good quality room in a beautiful location. The restaurant appears to have a good reputation although we only had breakfast there which...

This is not a hotel, it is a restaurant with rooms, which is quite different. So, there are no lounges to sit in, with comfy squishy armchairs and glossy magazines to leaf through. There are no signs anywhere, because there is nowhere to go apart from your room, and the restaurant. I think this needs to be made clearer to...

Loved this hotel. it was located in the middle of nowhere & was so surprised by the modern clean rooms. The exterior was ecliptic, a weird mix of traditional render & 1970's stone cladding, would be nice to see this gone. The rooms were very good, a nice feel of traditional contemporary decor. The staff were friendly & keen to...

My partner and I had been here in Feb 2012 had enjoyed it immensely and were excited to go back. Everything was perfect. We only saw one other person at the hotel so it was incredibly quiet. Dinner was just as we remember superb and the service is impeccable. We had such a warm welcome at reception and we're personally...
