Like some of the earlier reviews say, this is more of a restaurant with rooms (17 of them, and some more being developed), than a hotel. Don't let that put you off though if you want a quiet good quality room in a beautiful location. The restaurant appears to have a good reputation although we only had breakfast there which...

This is not a hotel, it is a restaurant with rooms, which is quite different. So, there are no lounges to sit in, with comfy squishy armchairs and glossy magazines to leaf through. There are no signs anywhere, because there is nowhere to go apart from your room, and the restaurant. I think this needs to be made clearer to...

Loved this hotel. it was located in the middle of nowhere & was so surprised by the modern clean rooms. The exterior was ecliptic, a weird mix of traditional render & 1970's stone cladding, would be nice to see this gone. The rooms were very good, a nice feel of traditional contemporary decor. The staff were friendly & keen to...

My partner and I had been here in Feb 2012 had enjoyed it immensely and were excited to go back. Everything was perfect. We only saw one other person at the hotel so it was incredibly quiet. Dinner was just as we remember superb and the service is impeccable. We had such a warm welcome at reception and we're personally...

The location is truly stunning set on the estuary with its own abandoned church and 12th century tower! Views are amazing and so peaceful. We had a very large luxury family room. The hotel does have a few limitations: no real facilities as such, a very small lounge above the restaurant. I was told there was a second lounge but...

We stayed in the honeymoon suite,The views were mindblowing, a gorgeous walk through the grounds at sunset and sunrise listening to the birds on the estuary. The bed was super comfortable and it was a real treat to have a huge bath to share just behind the bed. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the restaurant in the morning...

Really nice place. Beautiful grounds and scenery without being too remote. Helpful staff. Food was very good. Only minor annoyance is the extra charge for hot breakfast, but the continental breakfast is good

I took my partner for a birthday dinner at Slebech Park on 9th October. Our scallop starter was perfectly cooked and the scallops themselves were a good size and the delicate pea foam and grapefruit flavours worked really well. It was abundantly clear that their chef is not only competent but also cares about the dishes they create. My beef...
