We booked here for afternoon tea, we arrived early but was seated and offered drinks while we waited. Staff was friendly and chatty. The afternoon tea was nice, all fresh and warm. It's didn't come with the same level of desserts as you'd expect but you'd struggle to eat anymore than was offered anyway. Sandwiches would have been disappointing but... More

Fantastic location, shame about the management and staff training levels. High prices and high expectation with an ernormous let down on quality of everything but the views and location. Staff are friendly but don't have any idea of acceptable service levels. I could go into details but it would take too long. Beware bed and breakfast does not include a... More

This was a memorable stay because our room was rather unusual. It was in what had been the stable block. It was huge and echoey. It did not have a window which opened either. The toilet was 'exposed' as there was no door on it. Just a large wall separated it from the room. All sounds etc can be heard... More

Upon arrived we received a vey warm welcome from Mollie who also showed us to our rooms. We ate in the restaurant the first evening, whilst the food is freshly Prepared and cooked to order we were there two hours just to have a main course and a dessert. The bill was requested and after ten minutes still had not... More

The hotel is located in the middle of a national park making it very secluded. There is not even phone reception which is very good if you need to take a break from the daily grind. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed although not at the level one would expect for a 5 star... More

We booked a couple of days before with a very helpful and friendly lady on the phone. As you wind your way down the drive you wonder that you are going to find. The buildings are more interesting than beautiful but the location on the river is stunning. We went for a walk along a route created my the Pembrokeshire... More

This place is amazing from the scenery to the food. We got lost and could find the place and called reception and she guided us the whole way there. When we arrived we got a lovely welcome from Molly at reception who upgraded us because of our long travel. She brought is to our incredible room. We had dinner in... More

2 night stay at Slebach Park was overall very pleasant. This is a stunning location on the estuary, especially when the tide is at its highest. The estate and the hotel itself is undergoing considerable renovation, which whilst not a distraction you are aware of. Once finished and this may be a work in progress for a while I am... More

We visited Slebech Park Estate in the middle of June for a few days away. We didn't know what to expect but we're very pleasantly surprised. The directions to the hotel were clear and the place was very easy to find. The setting is beautiful and the hotel quite imposing but is in no way pretentious. We stayed in a... More
