Lovely country Inn with lots of history and locals ensure there is a friendly environment, however you certainly require your own transport if travelling from Abergavenny. Food offering looked nice although we did not dine here.

We were staying in a local cottage and decided to visit the pub one lunchtime with our family including grandchildren. We sat in the garden and enjoyed a tasty 2 course meal. The staff were very friendly and the whole place relaxed. I imagine it...More

The inn is reputedly haunted and has a very engaging atmosphere. The real ale selection was disappointedly limited and the pint we had was a little 'on the turn'. However it was worth popping in to see. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
