We visit Anglesey regular and decided to try a meal here. We hasn't booked but were given table 6 which is a good one. We chose a couple of starters from the special board of mushrooms which were good. My wife had a steak which was excellent but my lasagne was missing taste which was disappointing it was rather bland... More

What a little gem of a find beautiful quiet country setting but very close to village and sea/coastal path. Stayed for three nights in room 5 which was lovely with ensuite facilities which included a bath Woohoo!! It was very sweet and decorated , in keeping with the rest of the Inn, with a seaside theme which I loved. Also... More

Dog friendly Hotel with charming sea view room. Very clean and staff very attentative. Meal in the evening was extremely good and breakfast was a 'belly buster'. Set at the end of a track so away from any road noise. Car parking plentifull. Will definitely visit again.

I am sorry you were inconvenienced on your recent visit. I understand that this probably occurred when our Front Desk Booking System changed to a different provider, as that can be the only way your booking slipped through the net. This is outside of our direct control. I understand from my staff that they provided you with details of several... More

We booked this hotel for the weekend - we too were fooled by the website. The hotel is far from it. Its shabby. Our room was very small & the bathroom wasnt clean & the sink cracked. The welcome pack in the room was also the original one portraying fine dining & luxury. However, there were some A4 sheets with... More

I am so sorry you di not enjoy your stay. Our website has been amended to show our present menu, although, some dishes do change from time to time. Our complimentary tea trays shown on the website show exactly the products we use, amongst which are Nescafe coffee, Welsh Brew tea, and Cadbury's hot chocolate. Freshly ground coffee is available... We have just returned from a fantastic couple of days away and I have to say that from the moment we arrived (7.30pm from work) we were made extremely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was very clean, cozy and comfortable with plenty of Tea, coffee etc. Our Breakfast the following morning was absolutely delicious with plenty of... More

After reading the reviews we thought we would have our last evening meal here. We walked into an almost empty pub and was asked if we were guests. When we said no, we were told they were not serving walk in's. This is Thursday evening so, we would have no chance if it was the weekend. Good luck with your... More

I am so sorry you were disappointed. We had a number of tables booked on Thursday which was approaching the maximum covers we could accommodate that evening. All of our eleven bedrooms also had guests, wishing to eat. We always try to encourage people to book a table in advance, to avoid a wasted journey, so if you would like... More

We often pop in here for a tea break or lunch. Friendly staff and lovely food. Lovely decor with tables and sofas. Great for use of WiFi too if you're struggling for signals around Anglesey. Easy to find en-route to Moelfre.
