Great overnight stay, staff were polite and helpful. Hotel half open due to covid but. Spa facilities are great, and an amazing cooked breakfast. Some areas look a little tired but this is understandable. Would recommend for a weekend break.

I took my husband last weekend, after a very stressful week with the passing of his father and the funeral. We both needed a break away and some relaxation. From the booking process to the stay, the whole service we received was outstanding. The lovely lady on reception called sue was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the gentleman that waited on us was helpful and made us feel welcome. The spa was just what we needed and we left feeling happy and well rested. I've never slept in a bed so big and with ample pillows. We will definitely return. your staff at the hotel are 5* thank you all for a perfect stay

Had an awesome 2 day break with the wife at this delightful hotel and spa. Unfortunately their restaraunt service was less than usual due to Covid/Brexit related staffing conditions - but nevertheless we had a great stay. The food we were able to experience in the mornings was absolutely first rate (and there was SO MUCH OF IT!) We took full advantage of the spa in the 2 days we were at the hotel - which was great. Nice pool, jacuzi, steam and sauna rooms - all good there. Gym was perfectly adequate for our needs also. Our room was great and opened out to a patio area, but since it was late October, we didn't use that much. Overall, I'd highly recommend this as a great destination for a break of any length. 👍

Arrived here Sunday 3rd October for a five night break away with my mom , we both had a Garden Terrace room , , Rooms were very clean and spacious ,, Reception was welcoming and polite , couldn’t of been more helpful Breakfast was great and chose what we wanted and no bother for the lady who was serving ,, Spa facilities were great , pool was clean and warm , jacuzzi was awesome as was the steam room and sauna and the cool shower ,, Overall the stay was great and couldn’t fault apart from only serving breakfasts , ( due to the Covid ) which we were notified of at time of booking that they were only serving breakfasts , will be back if I get chance 👍🏻👌

First time back since the pandemic although have stayed here many times over the years. If anything it was even better than it has always been. Spotless, comfotable, fabulous spa and pool. Staff going the extra mile and dining in the clocktower delightful and food excellent. The hotel has adapted to the situation brilliantly. Thankyou, and as ever, we will be back.
