We stayed one night in this B&B. The hosts were friendly and provided a well needed tea and coffee when we arrived. The room was in the main house. It was clean and tidy. The bed was reasonable but in no way luxurious. The ensuite was compact and again spotless. WiFi wasn't very strong. The breakfast was good. Free car... More

I cannot comment on the rooms in the main building at Taldrwst as we stayed in the Stables building which was not stated when booking the room on Booking.com. Rooms shown on the site show the main house, and rooms with proper bathrooms. Taldrwst was not what we’d expected after the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were greeted by Mike... More

Wow, where to start! I get the feeling this couple got away for a couple of days just to find someone to vent their angst at (though to be fair they weren't above venting it about each other) so quickly did they get into their stride as soon as they arrived, something was wrong. Anyway let's try and be sensible... More

Stayed here for a weekend last week. Bit off the main road but more than worth the drive. Lovely large farmhouse and a great welcome from hosts Michelle and Michael with an immediate cup of tea. We were given a front room with a great view of Snowdon. It had a four poster bed, en suite, tv with cd on... More

Excellent location to explore the Isle of Angelsey, Very welcoming hosts; Michelle and Mike, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast and evening meals were well cooked and presented. Highly recommended by Gillian and Andy, (from Gt. Yarmouth)

This small hotel in an attractive quiet part of SW Anglesey is being renovated by the hosts, Michael and Michelle, bit by bit. The main building is brightly decorated and furnished in light colours. Much of the furniture had the flame retardant labels hanging in view. There is a bar/TV/guest lounge available approx 6 - 10pm when Michael or Michelle... More

I would like to thank Michael for the service that was provided for us for our meal. The food was lovely and he was friendly and made us most welcome with our 8 year old grandson Dylan who was running around the garden playing football. I would recommend this place to anyone especially walkers who he is happy to pick... More

We stopped here before going to get the Ferry and again on the way back to break our journey. Michelle and Mike were very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much effort to make our stay with them more enjoyable, Both rooms we stayed in were clean. Lovely views. The food was cooked to order and served in the conservatory,... More

Stayed one night on our second leg of walking the Anglesey Coastal Path. Very friendly hosts, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Great room, adequate size, comfortable bed and in this case a private bathroom a very short hop away but I think the rest are en-suite. Separate bathroom was fine for us. Food good and reasonably priced, small bar... More

Just have a wonderful 4 nights in a double room that Michelle and Mike transformed into a family room for us 4. Had two kids under 4 with us and nothing was too much trouble for us. Even the boiled eggs my 3yr old wanted for breakfast was delivered in animal egg cups for him. Try the home made dishes... More

The welcome and assistance when needed at this B&B is second to none. I'd not booked a evening meal but one was rustled up for me catering to my dietary needs. A bar is available and I had a local bottled beer - excellent. The breakfast was cooked perfectly. I had a side room looking into the passage way but... More

Thanks for the largely positive review Chris, your time is much appreciated. On the two negative issues, we are in the process of upgrading our mattresses and this room is next on the agenda! The shower cubicles are all standard size in our en suite rooms (have you never used a standard shower cubicle before Chris? They generally are the... More
