To be honest we were disapointed with the room, it was the only one left and was classed as a family room, it felt like a cell with a double bed and twin bunkbeds in a pokey little space, wifi was very sketchy, however plus points are that you can take your pets and the bar /dining areas are really... we stayed at the Harbour on Friday July 22nd, the room was a little small but very clean and very comfortable, the balcony was a brilliant bonus and gave us a lovely view of the Harbour. the restaurant was excellent, fresh, tasty food and great value for money. the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and all staff were... We've just returned home after a 2 night stay with our two springer spaniels , we've stayed in so called dog friendly b&bs before but this was a really dog friendly place to stay ... I will start by saying the harbour hotel IS A 2* establishment , and is reasonably priced for a 2* and for a 2* was... More

Myself and my husband had a relaxing lunch in the front area of the restaurant looking out towards the cliff tops and sea. The food arrived within a decent time and was fresh. My husband had Chowder with muscles in and says it is one of the best he has had. I only had a baked potato but the filling... More

Arrived and shown to our room at the rear of the hotel, room was really hot (it was the hottest day of the year) but directly outside on a flat roof were the very noisy coolers for the cellar but FairPlay when when I asked for another room they put me in one at the front with a balcony for... This is in such a great location for the beautiful views which is the reason I chose this hotel. Also it was a very good price. Another point is that dogs were allowed in all areas which was great. Room was not welcoming. Needs a complete gutting and renovating. Painting jobs not done very well, it made me think it... More

This place has definitely seen better days, it's hard to tell if it's on the decline or the owners are trying to build the business back up, but the place is really quite sad. Walls are scuffed and desperately in need of filler and a couple of coats of paint, window frames cracking, skirtings grubby, mismatched pictures and too many... More

Came in here with 8 other friends, weekday evening for a drink and to relax. At this point I will point out, myself and friends are all age 18 and had valid ID. Some approached the bar and were asked if we were in here with an adult. Response: No, we are adults, we're 18. At this point no order... More

We spent one night at the Harbour Hotel whilst doing the Anglesey Coastal path. Our first impression was very good as the staff were very very friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the harbour, had a balcony (could do with being painted) and was perfectly adequate. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was actually very good. Sadly,... More

Stayed here a few times and we are very fond of it. Sure it's not the Hilton, but that's its charm for us, it's a taste of the real Anglesey. The staff and locals, who you'll find in the bar every weekend, are friendly and welcoming and you can't beat it for value. We are always made to feel like... More
