A very warm welcome from Deborah and Sally (springer spaniel) both appeared glad to see us. There was a welcome cup of coffee in the lounge. The house stands in it's own grounds back a bit from the main road. The only noise that we heard was the local sheep in the surrounding fields. The house is situated just minutes... More

We spent 4 nights here with our 2 children (5 and 8yrs). They slept in the room next to ours which worked really well as they could bob back and forth between rooms. The rooms are spotless and attractive, the breakfasts were generous and delicious and the hotel owners were really friendly and welcoming. This hotel is lovely. Highly recommended.

Amazing Place to drive up to, When we arrived Carol my wife and daughter Hayleigh (11) we were greeted by Deborah who offered us hot drinks in the lounge. Had a very nice chat while we chilled out. The atmosphere is very calming. We had booked for 2 nights. After drinks Deborah showed us to our room very impressed very... More

We recently stayed with Deborah for 3 nights in her lovely home for our anniversary. It is a clean, comfortable and friendly b&b and we had a very nice cooked breakfast. It's in a great location for visiting such places as Harlech, Barmouth and Portmerion. Would definitely recommend

An imposing property run by Deborah. Good base for walkers, although as mentioned by others, not close enough to a decent pub, that you could walk to of an evening. With the opening recently of the bridge, quite a lot of traffic on this road. The house itself contains many rooms all large and with ensuite. The lounge and the... More

Very nice guest house, food plentiful. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful landlady and a couple of evenings we ate out early and came back to play cards in the dining room which was no issue. No restaurant or pub within walking distance which was disappointing!

A beautiful house surrounded by amazing countryside with a stunning view outside. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, good tea and coffee making facilities, excellent hot showers and a good solid cooked breakfast if you want it - fruit, cereal and other options available... Deborah bent over backwards to help us out with a last-minute change of plan and we really... More

This place is called a country guest house for a very good reason: THEY GOT IT ALL! Good (bath)room and service, a lounge is included with a TV-set for the moments you are forgetting you are on a holiday. The only thing needed is a spot of good weather. We were out of luck, so we took a trainride......steaming to... More

We stayed for a couple of nights over our wedding anniversary. It's a really nice, comfortable, traditionally decorated guest house. The whole place was exceptionally clean and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble for our lovely host, Deborah. This even extended to her insisting on driving us into Harlech to our restaurant booking when our taxi failed to arrive.... More

We were welcomed by Deborah and offered a pot of tea on arrival. The accomdation was spotless and a beautiful house set in a lovely location. Behind was a hill which was wonderful to ascend in the morning to look over the estuary and to portmerion. A great base from which to see North Wales.
