A beautiful stay in the Penthouse suite. The suite is huge with a living area, huge comfortable bed and pillows, 2 x tvs, great lighting, a fab closet room for putting all your stuff, a kitchen with free bottled water, kettle, and a great selection of teas and coffees. Also a lovely bathroom with a cool shaving/make-up mirror. And a...

This was hands down the best hotel stay of our entire UK holiday; the staff were excellent and very friendly, the restaurant was first class, and building itself was beautiful. Our room had its own gas fireplace and the ensuite had towel warmers. It's a little pricey but well worth the money for the life long memory. Can't recommend it...

Stayed at the Castell - something to look forward to in Winter and from the minute we arrived, it was perfect. Suite 9 was fabulous - bathroom in the turret and photos just don't do it justice - lounge complete with fireplace and just gorgeous in every way. The staff were lovely and made our stay really special -- remembering...

The room was enormous with a seating area, small kitchenette and a lovely big bathroom and a very comfy bed. When it got cold we lit our fire and the room soon warmed...

We stayed here for one Saturday night in February 2017. Its on the edge of the Portmeirion village and is just a few minutes walk from the entrance gate. Entrance is free if you are staying at the hotel. Our room was amazing. Absolutely huge. One half was the bedroom and the other half was a large lounge. There was...

Fantastic evening meal, service 5*, good good and fantastic service, I had scallops to start, hubby had soup, we both had steak for mains, staff attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommended , pianist playing in the background, took our drinks through to lounge and sat in front of a roaring log fire, bliss
