Wow, what a perfect location, and a very friendly warm welcome from everyone. The staff are all so helpful, without being intrusive, nothing is too much trouble. The tables are nicely spaced out and you can't help but stare out at the stunning views and landscape. It was such a beautiful day when we visited too, its was perfect. We are so looking forward to having our son & future daughter-in-law wedding here. The food: incredible, so tasty and love the different choice of veg that was served, really good. Dessert, we had the Panacotta, with the poached pear... divine. Excellent food. Great hosts and staff, beautiful location. Cant wait to return, and it will definitely be before August 2021!

We took advantage of Caer Llan’s new Caffi offering for a Sunday Lunch. We sat out the patio with THAT incredible view in the sunshine and had such a lovely experience. Great consideration of COVID safe dining (the best experience we’ve had!) and staff were lovely and friendly. We booked our wedding for next year at Caer Llan over Zoom and we’re so excited to have now had the Caer Llan experience. Vicky and Jake were as lovely in person and they were when they showed us around over webcam. They were so passionate about the service provided, we know our wedding is in safe hands next year. We’re so excited to bring our friends and family back for visits over the next few months.

Today we visited Caer Llan for lunch and we were blown away by Vicky and Jake's kindness. The visit was primarily for my nan who was desperate to have a look around as we have chosen Caer Llan as our wedding venue. Unfortunately our wedding was supposed to be last week and we have had to rearrange to next August. Being aware of this, Vicky and Jake arranged for us to have our lunch outside on the patio but the weather was horrendous so they set us up a private table in the library with no problems at all. Vicki and Jake also knew that we were there to show my nan around so they let us have a walk around the venue, even propping doors open for us so we didn't have to touch anything! Both Vicky and Jake took the time to chat to us and introduce themselves to our family. On top of all this, the food was absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are counting down the days until we can marry in this special place!

A stunning location with far reaching views of the Monmouthshire countryside. We dined on the terrace. First class service . Excellent food of the highest standard and well presented. Excellent wine list. Our party was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit

Caer Llan is truly special, a one of a kind wedding venue. And we have just had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the love and passion of Jake and Vicky and their team; Kathryn, Dave, Richard and all the staff at Caer Llan. We feel extremely lucky to have found this very special place. For the whole weekend we were encouraged to feel like it was our home. We didn't have to worry about a thing, we could fully enjoy every minute of our day knowing that the team were there to make sure everything went smoothly. The rooms are immaculate, the food is incredible, and the views are spectacular. We can not thank them enough, it truly was perfection.
